I ordered 2 bracelets. One of the bracelets I received tarnished after wearing it for 2 days! Reached out to customer service and never heard back. The second bracelet I ordered came broken! Very unhappy

Horrible I never got a bracelet and got gaslighted by customer service saying that I would enjoy my bracelet when there were several failed delivery attempts. Keep in mind I ordered two of them. I’m highly upset that there was no acknowledgment, accountability or solution to my problem.

Item broke within 2 weeks 4 days later after sending email about issue still no response

It came partially damaged then broke when my wife went to wear it…

I never received my package. I sent an email requesting to change the address that was on file. I received an email saying that it would get handled. I never received my package. I'm very upset with this company.

The bracelet was pretty but turned quickly and thw letters space out to where you cant read them.

Bought two identical bracelets and they turned out not to be identical. In fact one was heavier and made with cheaper material as it’s already turning color.

Who was wrong? My bracelet broke the same day i got, broke I reported it and I'm still waiting for it to get replaced. I still don't have a tracking order for it And I keep getting emails that they're gonna tell me when it's gotta give me a tracking

Have only had it for about a week now and its already changed colors. Ive worn it 2 times outside the house. Also The shipping took forever. Its really pretty when you first get it..

Never received my bracelet. Customer service won't help just says it was delivered. One "tracking" says one date and the link from the email says another. I got all my other packages no problem. From lisora NOTHING!!! Buyer beware

Packaged says delivered but I never received my package. When I received out to the customer they stated I needed to contact the carrier and that is says delivered on their end. The Gofoexpress, you could not speak to a real person. The automatic voice said they could not locate my tracking number. And it gave me a foreign number to reach out to on WhatsApp. This is a scam.
