Soothing Experience!

Hi Beena, a soothing voice and the way you conveyed and spoke on every detail was very inspiring. The meditation section was very interesting and truly made me forget everything and to be mindful in the real sense.

Miraculous guided Sessions!!

Have attended 3 day course (Jan 18th to 20th) with 1 hour session each day covering topics 1. mindful eating, 2. How to handle fears and 3. How to quit addictions respectively.
Usually these kind of courses are filled with science, theory and preaching of lot of techniques which no one is sure about weather those techniques work or not.

The unique and differentiating value which BeenaJi brought to me and others in the course was demonstrating techniques in live session with guided meditation, where we experience results almost immediately after session,
And every session was unique, which brought different insight, healing and filled with positive energy. Really felt blessed.
It is just unbelievable that 3 hours of course brought quality, clarity and Healing with in me which is of a match to long retreats out some where in nature for couple days or week.
Wonderful Sessions, thank you Beena!!

Wonderful Sessions on Mindful Eating!

Beena Ji,

Your sessions on Mindfulness and Mindful eating were Awesome, a real Marvel. They gave us some Blissful moments to stand and stare.

In this speed age, your sessions on mindful eating was like a breath of fresh air. Peace and Calm pervasive!

The Meditation sessions were particularly very helpful to me. Your thoughts on simple addictions gave us insight about how seemingly simple things as drinking Tea, Coffee, taking pain killers will cause us harm, both bodily and psychologically

I am now feeling light and calm, after the meditation session.
Take that, coming from a skeptic

Mindfulness Coaching

The three days session on 18th,19th and 20th January 2023 by Ms Beena Pinto Ji was mind blowing as it thaught us about mindful food habits and eating, Mindfulness by Meditation and techniques of self realisation and self assessment was wonderful as new personality emerged out of the same person after cleansing inner self and soul.

Webinar on introduction to mindfulness and mindful eating

I attended Beena's session on mindfulness more out of curiosity to find out what and how she would inculcate mindfulness in us.

And I was amazed with her techniques.

She is I think the first person who made me sit still with my eyes closed for so long! I don't usually do that as I have so many things running in my mind all the time.

If she offers so much value today, I wonder what more to expect in the next two days!

Dr. Beena Pinto, Best Mindfulness Training Coach for Entrepreneurs

I came across Dr. Beena Pinto after reading her LinkedIn post on "Mindfulness for Entrepreneurs". After this, I became a regular reader of her posts.

Around 10 days ago, I found that she is going to do a special session on "Brain Training for Entrepreneurs". She mentioned this in her LinkedIn event post. I clicked the link and attended her first webinar. This was a complete game changer for me. It was a mind-blowing session and each and every participant was happy with the takeaways.

After this, I joined her special WhatsApp group "Mindful Eating for Entrepreneurs". I am sharing with her what I am eating everyday and Oh My God 🙏 I am able to be mindful of my eating habits. Now I am avoiding eating without any reason. Her way of teaching and training is completely different.

She is calm, sweet and soft with her presentations too. I highly recommend Beena ji if you are someone who is looking to learn:

Training the Brain

It was a quick and power packed session which informed about various ways on how to use our mind to get the best output.

Beenaji gave some tips on relevant brain exercises, some information related to food which optimises the brain performance.

She addressed the pain points of entrepreneurs and also provided solutions to those pain points.

Her willingness to add value was clearly visible and the session also showed that she is an intelligent and warm person who emphasizes on "our contribution as human beings, to the world".
