Quick delivery, no returns available
Delivery was really quick.
The jewellery was quite pretty but wasn't quite of the quality and style I appreciate.
I've been trying to get intouch with them to return the items but can't get any response.

I have looked into your order and can see it was dispatched on 10th February inline with the turnaround time stated on our website and tracking your item with Royal Mail I can see this was delivered yesterday (19th February). Gorgeous jewellery!
Really pleased with my order...beautiful earrings and a gorgeous little red heart necklace which I gave to my daughter as a gift. The reverse side is black so two necklaces in one which is a bonus! Thoughtful, pretty packaging too. Excellent communication. Will definitely be buying from littleearringcompany again.

Fab little company & products
I’ve had some of their products as a present then bought a bundle deal. When I received the bundle one of the designs had sold out but they’d popped a couple of different pairs in as a substitute, which were lovely. Beautiful packaging, quick delivery, fab little company. Will use again.

Complete waste of money
Though ordered 6 weeks before, Advent calendar arrived just in time and was disappointing from day 1. So far 2 pairs of earrings broke and badly scratched my ears trying to get in. The others have left my ear holes black. There was no day 5 but two Days 7, both the same. Nor was there a Day 8. For a 12 day calendar this is a complete rip off.

Bought a pair of heart earrings which arrived broken. Numerous e-mails and no response. Terrible customer service and would not buy from them again
