Hello Mark, I'm sorry you felt that you needed to give us a 2 star rating for the two separate orders you placed with us.
All products on our site clearly state the size and price so that customers can see all information prior to ordering. I would ask why you ordered in the first place if you thought it was ludicrously over priced?!
When we sent you a layout you had confirmed that you were happy with both orders and for us to send. Your order of personalised chocolate bars and OCD frame placed at the end of April were made exactly how they are described on the site and had you been unhappy with your orders would have expected them not be confirmed to send, an email on their arrival that you were unhappy or for them to be sent back as we offer a 30 day money back guarantee (stated all over the website).
We haven't received any communication from you and therefore feel that this is an unjustified review when we were not given the chance to rectify any problem.
The chocolate bars, along with the frame have not been returned to date (17/5/2022 - nearly a full month from when the order was placed).
We honour our 30 day guarantee to our customers so please pack all goods as sent and return it to our office where we will give you a FULL refund on both your orders.
Please feel free to email us at gemma@littlegemsonline.co.uk if you have got rid of the box your items came in (our office address for returns was on the box) and you would like us to give you the return address for you to send them all back.

Recieved in amazing packaging with lovely little sweets and a gift bag for the item to go in.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
