Can’t rate Jack and his whole team highly enough. Comms excellent and the build team were brilliant testing layouts and positioning in my garden. The Pod is an absolutely fantastic cosy space so pleased I went with them. On top of that it’s eco friendly and love their ethos ❤️

Tasteful studio building in our back garden, and we are really happy with the result. Jack and team offered great flexibility with a range of finishes (inside and out), meaning we could customise to our needs. Communication was straightforward and installation was quick and discrete from a skilled build team. Highly recommend.

UK workrooms were excellent to deal with. Jack and his team put the quality of their work first. The build went smoothly and the follow up exceptional. We had a slight problem with the locking mechanism on the door which was quickly sorted out. They also provide a handover pack which details everything you need to do to keep your garden office tip top. Highly recommended

In a word fantastic!!! It's rare in life for something to be better than you had imagined. Fantastic service from start to finish. I love my room and can't believe how we survived without it. We cannot recommend Jack and his company more.

Jack and his team were great.
It was great to be able to go and visit them the workshop, and touch and feel the product, we were also very keen on Jack's use of particular materials.
The fact that they offered specific sizes and designs, that they built offsite appealed to us as this meant they could achieve a good price point, and timescale. (Only 3 days onsite - which I thought was great, and much quicker than other suppliers were suggesting) However, please note if you have a tendency to change your mind on the fly during a project, this approach would restrict such decision changes. We are super pleased with the finished product.

If you are looking for a garden room/office/studio or just extra space - go with Workroom South West! They have it all. The communications from Jack and Jessica are spot on. From the first contact to the 'It's a wrap' closing email. Every stage is explained and happens as it has been explained and to time scale given. The choices for exterior and interior are great without being overwhelming. The sustainability and environmental friendliness of the product is not rivaled by anything/any one else I have seen. They deliver to Cornwall, which is not a given by other companies. The installation team (John and Ben) were calm, knowledgeable and swift - and went with anything our (at the time) crazy household threw at them. After finishing the installation you never knew they had been there (seriously, it looked like they had hoovered the garden before they left!) Don't be tempted by other products that appear to be cheaper - this product comes fully insulated, includes electric points and a good heater, interior is painted, the floor is down, the door has a security lock, the overall quality is superb and they have even thought about little details like a door stop - all you need to do is to arrange your furniture! This company and it's people are awesome!

We've just had a new workroom fitted in Bath and I cannot recommend this business highly emough. Jack and his team have been proactive, responsive and super helpful in all elements from chosing the right size, pre build site visit and the final build process which was done in 2 days. All elements of the product and build are of the highest quality with market leading environmental materials at the core of the product. All in all a great experience dealing with UK Workrooms and loving our new garden office. Highly recommneded.

Absolutely love the room - the initial consultation at home was great (I didn’t get a chance to visit the showroom in Bristol) and Jack took time to assess the space and orientation as well as discuss the finishing options (there is a good number of colour and finish options). Communication was regular throughout the process and the installation itself was completed in under two days. The wood flooring in the room is excellent and the cladding colour is well-matched with my existing Cotswold stone of the house. There is ample electrical sockets in the room and a wifi/Bluetooth enabled heater. Soundproofing is excellent (well insulated) and we opted for an additional socket to enable an Ethernet connection to the broadband (ensure a more stable internet connection for work). The door and windows are of a very high quality construction with an excellent finish.

Workroom Simply Superb- from the initial contact with Jack, visiting the workshop to view demo rooms, order placement, install and check up afterwards, can only say that a lot of companies could learn about how to do customer service from Jack and the team. Product is very high quality as is the build and excellent value overall. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks for my new Workroom!

We are absolutely delighted with our new Workroom One, which was installed in our back garden last week. We had lots of questions for Jack along the way but he was always quick to respond and very helpful. We appreciated him coming out for a site visit and for making time for us to visit the showroom. The Workrooms themselves are beautiful: the craftsmanship is second to none and the materials in and outside are all ethically sourced and environmentally friendly, which was important to us. We spoke to several companies but Workroom had the best finish and the best ethics for the price. The room looks so striking in our quite thin, long inner-city garden and I have already been using it for reading, yoga and as a home office. The installation was very quick - only two days - and Jack, Max and John were wonderfully friendly and professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Workroom to those wishing to extend their living and working space. For those who love their gardens like me it's a particular delight to be able to work in amongst the plants, able to nature watch from an entirely new angle. Thank you to the whole Workroom team!

We were put in touch with Workroom by friends and once we had made contact with Jack we didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere. We have had our Workroom One now for just over a month and it is set up with two desks and used every weekday. From our initial query, to visiting the workshop in Bristol, and through to final installation, the process was effortless. We are delighted with the end product which is a practical and comfortable workspace, freeing up our dinning table. The WiFi heating is simple to use and can be scheduled so that the space is warm and cosy on cold mornings. The doors and windows are reassuringly solid and the space is well-insulated. Unlike some garden offices which can look unsightly, our Workroom looks stunning and takes centre-stage in our garden. The attention to detail and ethical principles which underpin the materials used are evident to see. We would not hesitate to recommend Workroom to others.

Amazing addition to our life, after two years working from home off the kitchen table. Such a good service. Jack was very helpful, and as it was built offsite & needed no groundwork, it made this such an easy, stress-free experience! Very little disruption and a brilliant, stylish product at the end. As with so many people at the moment, home working is now becoming the norm and I was struggling to separate work from family life, which is the key reason why I decided to get a garden office.

I was surprised just how many home office companies are out there but for me, UK Workroom stood out from the rest. I met Jack in their workshop and I was impressed with the quality of everything going into the offices and it was clear how passionate Jack was about the offices they built.

I placed the order and a few weeks later (mid Decemeber) Jack arrived to construct it. And to say that everything run smoothly is an understatement. He just got on with it and did exactly what he said he would do.

I have held off writing the review for a few weeks as I wanted to see how it performed, especially in the cold weather. I must say it's top-notch, soundproofing is great, it warms up very quickly (wifi heating is very handy) and maintains the heat well.

If you're looking for a home office you really can't go far wrong with UK Workroom!
