The penguin plushs were extremely soft, felt high quality and the friend for whom i bought them adores them. The cookie cutter also seems well made, tho it hasnt seen any action yet. They were also shipped remarkably fast considering they had to go though customs.

Wrong item sent
Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, I’m sure it was an innocent mistake & we all do it once in a while.. I sent a few emails to costumer services & explained the situation, it was an automatic response saying someone will be in touch after so many hours (I can’t remember the true amount something like 24-48) Anyway nobody got in touch so I gave up trying. I would have given more more stars if I had been able to get things sorted..

Website clear and easy to use. Items ordered good quality and arrived on time. Free gift a welcome surprise. Only downside was excessive packing ,too much for items.

Fabulous selection of gifts from Little Penguin. I wanted to buy a DCUK penguin for a present for a friend as she loves ours. I found exactly what I wanted in Little Penguin. I also ordered three bath melts. My parcel came speedily and very well packaged.
I have since ordered another two penguins for other peoples' gifts.
Excellent all round selection and service from Little Penguin.
