$250 fee. The company required me to send them the coins for valuation. Hmmm...asking me to send them 850 coins, that's a lot of coins. This is so they can value the coins and make an offer. All ok at this point. Instead of sending the coins, I asked them to value the coins based on a detailed list of the coins that included grading information. They replied with an email stating the valuation for the listing with a caveat on valuation of the Morgan coins. I replied back asking them to show me the value of each coin so I can understand what they are paying for each coin. Company replied back that if I wanted that information, they would charge $250.00 per hour to evaluate the coins and provide me that info.
Question, how did they value the coins without already doing that? And on top of that charge me for they work they already did. Coinfully is a way better option as they provided me by coin its value at no cost.

I am very much pleased with the professionalism and the way your company treat their customers. the coins were nice and will make a great addition to the quarter coin collection. The items were out of stock and upon receiving the item were shipped. thank you.

I agreed to let them send me coins for my approval each month. After I agreed to have them send coins for my approval and return those I didn’t want, they sent me coins totaling over $120 and then had the audacity to charge me $6 shipping to send them back. I will no longer buy coins from Littleton Coin Co.

I have received all orders in timely manner. The last one took longer than expected, but you sent an email asking if it had been received yet, which I appreciated. Two days after I sent you an email explaining that I had not received my coins yet, and wouldn't you know it, they were delivered the next day! I would recommend you to anyone that asked.

As usual my order was the quality I expected and was delivered when promised.

I'm pleased with the coins and the service. I've dealt with Littleton before and they're a good company to do business with.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received from Littleton Coin Company.

I understand that situations happen, and I was completely willing to move forward, pay what I legitimately owed, and work with the company to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I did not feel like the representatives were willing to work with me or even take the time to understand my situation.

Instead, I felt dismissed and treated poorly when I was simply trying to find a reasonable solution. Good customer service should involve listening to customers, understanding the circumstances, and making a genuine effort to resolve problems—not making the customer feel like they are the problem.

I am not refusing to take responsibility for what I legitimately owe. I was willing to work through the situation. What I am not willing to accept is being treated disrespectfully and being charged for circumstances that were outside of my control.

I'm giving Littleton Coin Company the lowest rating because my experience was unacceptable. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated.

1 star for now. Prove me wrong and show that your company is capable of providing better customer service.

This was a really good order except there was some dust in the proof set. But otherwise, it was awesome!

The coins were exactly as advertised.
