Highly recommend supporting this business
I hadn't previously heard of this business however, a Google search for a particular product brought me to their website. They had both of the items I wanted in stock. Despatch and delivery were prompt. The little note and seeds included were an extra personal touch. I am really happy with the shopping experience and would recommend :)

Cancelled most of my order
Cancelled most of my order, didn’t contact me to tell me. Until after they’d shipped one item, they was the least important of the order.

I've got to say we're are a bit disappointed to get a 1-star review and feel we should give people reading this some further context.
Gaz ordered 3 items from us, two of which were personalised embroidered items, a baseball playsuit and a Christmas stocking. Unfortunately during embroidery the baseball playsuit was damaged and as its been discontinued we were unable to replace it, so therefore we couldn't fulfil this part of the order.
We did try calling the UK number listed on the order but this goes through to a "not in service message" so then fell back to an email on 18/01 to advise you of the situation. Within this email it stated that in addition to being refunded for the playsuit we'd also refunded you for the Christmas stocking as an apology for the inconvenience.
Therefore, in summary, yes we only fulfilled 2 of the 3 items, we did try to contact you by phone and then by email and then refunded additional on your order so you only paid for 1 item.
Whilst we accept this falls short of what we strive for, I'm not entirely sure what else we could do to either contact you and therefore resolve the situation. We do offer 30 day returns, so please reach out to us if you're still not fully satisfied and we'll send a free returns label.

This company is by far amazing
This company is by far amazing. They put so much thought into packaging and their products. I love the seeds that are included in the items and the little note that is left it adds a more personal touch. I will 100% be ordering off this company again. The delivery was quick and wonderful even got delivered before it was meant to. Couldn’t fault this family business one bit.

I saw this and thought it would be a great present for my Granddaughter. She’s only 18 months but thought this would be great for when she’s a bit older. The quality is amazing. It was also a nice touch with the wildflower seeds included.

Beautiful well made soft toy with rattle, perfect for little hands to hold and in a mix of black and white and bright primary colours which attract a baby’s attention. This is the second Mr Pebbles I have bought as a present for a new baby.

Little Red Squirrel
The wooden squirrel was as lovely as I had hoped. Delivery was swift and prompt. What I was not expecting, however, was the lovely note accompanying the order - the thoughtful gift of a packet of seeds - and I hadn’t realised that I was supporting a small family business, which rounded off the whole experience beautifully!
