I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. It says on the website that there is a 1-3 day production time. I know everything is slow, especially the shipping. However, I emailed the company 5-6 times after two weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation, asking about when my item would ship. I never heard anything!!! It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my item or a shipping confirmation.
