5 stars all around!

Live and Learn Consultancy delivered an outstanding customer services training programme, which had brilliant feedback from our staff members. Participants seemed to take valuable learning lessons away to use in practice.

I personally had an amazing experience organising the training sessions with Deb Sissons, Marie Savage, as well as the events team! All communications were extremely pleasant and any queries I had were dealt with in a timely manner. Can't fault the team, many thanks!

Change Management workshop

We recently attended an exceptional Change Management workshop led by Lucas da Silva. The session proved to be not only engaging, interactive, and informative but also highlighted by the exceptional qualities of the facilitator himself. Lucas brought an abundance of energy and effective communication skills to the session, ensuring that every participant felt inspired and involved. I highly recommend this workshop to teams navigating change, as it equips them with invaluable tools to effectively manage and embrace change.

Everyone gained new skills to improve their ability to do their job better

We sent a number of administration staff, who all have daily contact with our customers but in different roles. Everyone enjoyed the course and the way it was structured allow them all to gain new skills to help with the part of their job they find difficult and gave reassurance that they are getting some parts right. The presentation slides will be a great tool for them to refer to in the future.

Brilliant course

This is the first kind of course our company has undertaken, and Richard our instructor was brilliant! Adapting the course to our businesses specific needs and making the whole experience very interesting and engaging for all levels of the business!

The best customer service course I have…

The best customer service course I have seen. Excellent, thought provoking content to challenge individuals to deliver customer service excellence. The course contained a lot of tips and tricks to help improve customer care, all delivered brilliantly by the trainer.

1st class training

The experience we had with Live and Learn from start to finish was excellent, we were kept well informed prior to the training and Richard Bibby gave us top notch training on the days that he delivered to us.

The course topic had the possibility to be very mundane, however this was not the case Richard made the topic entertaining whist also delivering the content required.

We will definitely be looking to use Live and Learn again for our training needs.

Would definitely recommend this company…

Would definitely recommend this company to anybody!! Their knowledge and training is amazing.
I had training with Richard through my workplace, he was amazing and I have really learnt so much today! He explains everything so clearly and always answered our questions. This guy’s knowledge on communication and how to deliver a great service is unbelievable!

Great Leadership Skills training course

We started our training programme with a great Leadership Skills course run by Paul Kitchen. Not only was the content excellent, the way Paul managed both sessions made it even more impactful. His expertise, ability to involve everyone in the conversation, pertinent examples and relaxed while precise training style were truly enjoyed by all our colleagues. Thank you Paul!
