Emailed my concern about my shipment and were quick to respond to my concern and gave me reassurance that will receive my subscription.

Last year I subscribed to their Lippie collection, my first month the worst I have experienced from a monthly subscription. My December lippies never got shipped out we are already in January, there is no way a company that big can take over a month to get lippies to me but are quick to take my money the moment I sign up.

Josie was very understanding with my concern of my order not arriving when it should have. She made sure to let the fulfillment team know and to contact the carrier right away. Thank you Josie!!!!! Live glam rocks !

I have been a member for almost 2 years, & I LOVE the live glam subscriptions!! I love how easy it is to make any changes to my subscription if I want to cancel, skip, or changes out my lippies completely for that month. The customer service is on top of their emails if you happen to have any questions or concerns!

I have only ordered a couple items so far and recently joined the lippie club, but I am very satisfied with this company and their products. They were very fast to respond when I thought I had a delivery issue, they were helpful and courteous and resolved my problem right away. As far as I am concerned everyone I have spoken to about this company has had no complaints. I have none either. Making the decision to purchase from them was a good decision in my opinion. I am very excited to see the colors that are in store. I also would like to mention I love the fact that they give you options to trade if you do not like what is being sent out for the monthly subscriptions.

The colors and formula are so amazing I truly love them I love doing my make up and having lipsticks that match and it don’t leave my lips dry or crusty supper soft customer service is also the best

Lipstick pros
I have been a customer since December 2020. I opted out 2 times since. Their mattes are definitely why I went with 4 star overall. It stays on for a long period of time, and can reapply without having to remove the older color. That’s a rarity with a matte. Their gloss ( the consistency of honey) and sugar lip scrubs pencil are both pretty great. Although, I use a medicated lip balm when I go to bed, so I’m not wanting to lick the sugar off…it works in a pinch when I forget to re up my stock.

Lipstick cons
Their monthly colors are on a white back drop and will always not be accurate. It’s used so the color looks good on any skin tone, with no undertone. The models are usually darker skin on about 80 percent of the monthly colors. Which is racially not how the US is based. Unless that’s what the targeted sales are for. I’m very fair and are both blue and red undertoned, so most colors will match me except dark colors and off the wall colors like blue or green ( hard pass plz, ty) if why Amazon features an upload pic to try lipsticks, but this company that is worth more than any lipstick club ever…doesn’t do that. I’ve not tried the tubes bc I have a ton of tubes, and started out using this company as a stock up for items, has now turned me into a somewhat believer.
Lip ideas:
Add the upload section…I really think the company would get more sales, and instead of ppl skipping a few months out the year, you can add a replacement like a lip plumper. Ex: for 19.99 a month instead of a skip, you can offer a plumper instead. I know the cost is more vs the 3 lippies…so just use it as an offer instead of a skip.
Brushes
The brushes probably don’t do well. I thought about trying them, but honestly my brushes are inexpensive and get more a whole set for less and they last a long time without breakage, or coming out like an expensive set I purchased a few years ago. This section doesn’t interest me.

Eyeshadows
I’m about to use some points to see how their colors uphold against the ones I currently use. I have had issues with fallout until I found a hack( only after watching 4874 videos ) so, I’m iffy on spending money when I finally have a good 12 hour staying power ‘hack’ for my dry skin. But, some colors are 🤢 But most are really something I would buy like shiny mauves, bronze, deep greens, even the night time colors like Smokey are very pretty. I can update once I get it in to at least let ppl know who have dry skin how it works.

I had to contact customer service twice, once I forgot to see my colors to see if I wanted to pass or keep. It was a red month, soooo noooo….of all months, nothing I can keep, but they were nice enough to allow me to choose another month. I used the chat box, and they sent me 4 choices after telling them my color choice. You can’t remove a color like you can, if I would have remembered to log in and see my colors. I learned my lesson and set a reminder to my phone to the 1st of every month to log on to see the colors.
The 2nd customer service was a delivery issue. Email said it was delivered a day but hadn’t received it until two days later. Mail carrier issue. Not a company issue.

My 4 star review was given for customer service, and the product itself. The 3 star ( 2.5 on the even darker ones) review bc the lip colors are off by 2 or 3 shades higher than what it looks like on a white back drop. I also have two shades that are very very close to not really seeing a difference, yet are named differently. Idk if they rename colors, or add one more drop of a color to say it’s different and just rename it. Probably to their more popular items. 🤷‍♀️
