Customer service support
I’m only giving 4.5 because I’m a new member so I have not receive my first order yet.
This review is more for the customer service support who I contacted via email due to logging in issue. I just signed up 2 days ago and during the process of creating an account, I had misspelled my email address. Therefore, I could not log in to my account. Customer service replied to my email and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.

If You don’t the Lipstick Set Live Glam choose for the Month, you can skip, pause, trade the whole lipstick set, or cancel at anytime!! Live Glam is amazing and You won’t find this amazing deal with any other Subscription that’s for sure!!

I absolutely love Liveglam there lippie club is amazing ypu get 3 lippies for 20 a month and if you dont like them or its not your color you can trade them or skip them and there customer service team is fabulous.

Liveglam's trustworthiness and dependability
Liveglam is definitely a place you should be ordering makeup from! I had an issue with the post office losing my package and they basically told me that they weren't going to do anything about it after paying $115 for makeup that I never received. I personally contacted Liveglam and spoke to them and told them about the situation and that they took care of me instantly. I got my merchandise re-shipped back out to me within 2 days and my merch got to me within 2-3 business days! If that's not top notch customer service, then I don't know what is especially since they expedited the shipping and all. Not to mention the lippies are to die for. These colors are amazing and worth having and definitely long lasting! I may keep my second job just to afford the subscription ok lol :)!!!! Thankkk you LiveGlam

I just love the formula on the lips and all they come up with so far.
I just love the formula and the dry down of all the lipstick to bullet lipstick and all the finishes r superb.
