Total scam!!!!! I ordered sheets in June 2025, I contacted the company via email in August and Angel responded with a very sincere apology and stated that the sheets were on the way. Contacted them again in October requesting a refund and was told they were unable to refund me because the sheets had already been shipped. I reported the company to my credit card fraud department but was unable to get my money back due to length of time had passed.

I order xl twin and got the regular and reached out and haven’t heard back.

This business is a scam. I ordered a product 8 months ago and never received it. Customer service placates you for a while, until you’re out of the dispute fee window. They couldn’t provide an eta and refused a refund. Lesson learned.

I paid over $300 for the live grounded sheets, never received them. it has been 5 months. called multiple times. I financed them and paid for them. total rip off and I am not kidding.

Placed an order for sheets on May 18th. Carrier said they had info on June 24th.
It's October 25th and I still don't have my order. Contacted the company by email several times and I get the run around each time. Asked for my money back 3 different times and they ignore my request.

I bought sheets from LG expecting their brand and they sent me sheets through Amazon of another brand that sell for FAR less than the LG brand. Bait and switch, totally untrustworthy.

Angel offered me a 40% refund and I could keep my sheets. I wanted more so im returning the sheets and contacted mt CC company and filed a dispute. Ill update as this plays out.

Placed my order on July 5 and it’s now October 15 and still haven’t received my order. Reached out every month and Angel keeps telling me she is checking on my order from her supplier. Who is the supplier if this isn’t the actual Livegrounded company??

Received the gloves, fits very well used along with the oil.

I ordered sheets two and a half months ago and they have still not arrived. I started emailing to check on my order 6 weeks ago and was lied to and told they already shipped so they refused to give me a refund.
Run from the idea of ordering from this company!!

I ordered sheets in June. It's now September with no updates as to shipping info!!! "Processing" on the tracking app. When I asked for a refund I received the "we can't refund while product has been shipped" reply. It's quite frustrating 😡😡

I ordered and paid for the grounded sheet never received my product I’m still waiting for my sheet or $$$ Back. Going on 3 months

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I placed an order over three months ago, and to this day, I have not received the product I paid for. The tracking has shown “processing” since 6/24 with no updates or estimated delivery date.

Instead of providing solutions, the company gave me the runaround and even suggested a re-shipment — which would only mean more delays. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly for answers, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I’ve now demanded a full refund since they failed to deliver what I purchased. No customer should have to wait this long or deal with such poor communication. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered mid July, today is Aug. 27th. Still have not received order.

I have never recieved my sheets.. Communication with company has not happened. I would like my sheets or a refund. I would like a phone number to contact them.

If I could give no stars I would. After 2 months of not hearing anything I reached out via their website. Several days without response using the "contact us" component. I then sent a direct e-mail, and was told they were overwhelmed with orders. Disputed the charge with the credit card company. Live Grounded advised the credit card company that they had shipped the product to my house, which is not true. Their China website still shows the order information as being received, but no movement. Its been 4 months and I'm still fighting the fight. Please don't order from this company, the product won't be received, and their deceitful responses to your credit card company will cause you more time and energy to get your money back.

Don’t ever order from this company!!!! It’s a scam all around. They hide the fact that they are based out of china and will take your money and never send any goods.
