I have ordered 2 items from this company over a month ago. The communication was lacking and I waited a long time to receive the items but the items arrived as expected and they are beautiful. Initially I thought this was a scam as communication was lacking but now I can confirm that the items are as pictured and of a nice quality. The only downside is the fact that one has to chase the company and delivery time is long. Other than that happy with the purchase.

No product delivered and no reply to emails.

UPDATE ON THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
It took 2 weeks to get a response to my non delivery and it was an apology for the delay and they would get back to me.... Guess what...... they havnt ... This "company" have had my money for over 2 months I have now demanded a refund.... Guess what ?they are still advertising this clock on Facebook ... BUYER BEWARE PLEASE

Package was delivered damaged. Worst Customer Service. It took over one month to get the package and it arrived damaged. They refuse to send a return shipping label. No way to reach them and no address.

Fraudulent company beware!!!!!

Don’t be like me and get scammed..!

I placed an order 4 weeks ago, I contacted the company to request an update on the delivery date after 2 weeks, to be told my order had gone missing and it would be dispatched asap....still waiting. I will not be making any further purchases from this company, very poor customer service.

Scam !!! Never arrived called my credit card company to dispute !!! This company must be reported to consumer trade commission to STOP ADVERTISING AND RIPING CONSUMER’s money
I sent 59 emails the computer responded that some one will get back with me NO ONE DID THIS COMPANY IS WHITE ORGANIZED CRIM IF YOU SEE THEIR ADVERTISE FROM THEM ON FB report them !!!!

No communication, order never arrived, eventually got a response and order was re dispatched but the quality of the product is terrible for the price, should have charged a quarter of what they did. Very, very disappointed. I would recommend sticking with a company you know and recognise. Never again.

Experience so far..£162 spent on 1st September.
No communication or response and item status is ‘awaiting dispatch’.

Consumers need more protection against this kind of activity

I’m inclined to agree with another reviewer that the recent 5* reviews are fraudulent.

Ordered product from them on Sept 17. Never got it in spite of emailing them. Had to dispute charge in my credit card.

Ordered a set of wooden trays as a gift. After two weeks I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation and emailed customer service. I got an automated email back stating my order was “ready to ship.” After six more days I still hadn’t gotten a shipping notification, and I emailed asking they cancel my order, as it was no longer an option as a gift as so much time has passed. I cancelled the charge on my credit card as well. Instead of canceling the order, they shipped it the next day, then wrote me saying they were going to file chargeback fraud charges against me if I didn’t undo the chargeback w my credit card company. Well, 3.5 weeks later I did receive the trays. They look as pictured, but are flimsy, lightweight, and have a chemical smell from the stain. I’m just going to pay for them rather than have to deal w this company for a return. I hope they’re shut down soon.

I ordered a glass and wood fruit bowl. It took 3 weeks to arrive, was expensive at £60 but I do like it.

I ordered a white tissue box. It took even longer to arrive. It was just under £20. It is the most exceptional tat. Cheap, white plastic with an ill fitting lid. If I’d seen it in a shop I wouldn’t have paid 99p for it. Absolute rubbish. I was stunned at how crap it was. It went straight in the bin and I’ve stopped following living simply home on social media as I don’t want to inadvertently buy from them again.

I ordered items 3 weeks ago, haven't received anything. This is definitely a scam.

Unbelievably poor service. I have been waiting several weeks for my order and they say it's on its way. It can't possibly be on its way for this amount of time. They were very quick to take the money.

Really fantastic choice of products, found them through FB, see lots of companies through ads and never really sure whether to go ahead with it but worked out. Communication from the company was great. The two orders I have placed have been delivered as described.

Just wanted to quickly update my previous poor review. At that time I had been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Well it finally turned up and the quality is just a disgrace for what I paid

I was a bit skeptical about ordering after seeing an ad on Instagram, however, my glass cup with straw and laundry hamper are great! Both items were packaged fine, and arrived in great condition! The only negative was the delivery took a little longer than I expected, but for free shipping, I can’t complain too much!

Communication is the key and from ordering to delivery, I was kept informed all the way. The heatproof jug and cups set looks beautiful, and the glass quality is good. However, the delivery took 9 days, which was longer than I expected

Avoid this outfit at all costs. I ordered some shower trays (no nails).

A month after ordering they arrived and all I can say is these trays would make Poundland blush (and I paid £60 for the privilege). Like a fool I was given a discount code from someone called Holly because of the delay and I placed another order. I can only imagine what is going to come through the door now.

As I said above please avoid this company as they are Scammers pure and simple.

Update: I posted a negative comment on Facebook today and now I have been blocked. I checked their page using my Husbands account and I can’t see my comment. Nice…..

Another Update: isn’t it curious that after my comment yesterday 2 positive comments have popped up. The cynical part of me wonders if these are genuine reviews as this company goes to great lengths to silence customers to keep their scam alive.

Hmmmmm…. More positive reviews after my negative review… but before my review nothing for a while before… these guys are good…

Been waiting and waiting for my delivery. Nothing. Having read the other reviews, I am afraid to see what they sent me, if it ever arrives.
I do hope it’s not a scam. This will be the second time.
