It’s a Scam !! People stay away and your personal information to yourself!! They’re asking for your bank information!! It’s All a scam!!

Joshua contacted me within minutes, and I was presented with an acceptable offer; we are now under contract.
I am so glad that I saw your sponsorship with the Flyover newsletters - so timely. And, after previously checking with other buy-for-cash sites, I was pleased that Joshua and his associates did not insult me with a ridiculously low offer and waste my time but made an offer that is more in line with the market in my area.
As I told Joshua, I may (or may not) have been able to get more through a more traditional listing process, however, the ease of working with your company is worth not having to put up with the hassles involved in that and I am satisfied with everything. I also appreciate that your company is working with me on my timeline to move.

Answering my query about valuation, the guy was honest and took his time thinking about his answer even though I told him that it was a casual query and that our house is not on the market.

Edit: This place will offset every negative review with their own fake, vaguely positive review. How interesting that a 5 star review with no detail was posted at the same exact time as my review! Look at other negative reviews and you will see a pattern emerge.
Emails me every single day, always from a different domain, despite me never signing up for their service. I’m sure their reply to my review will have a URL for me to “unsubscribe”, meanwhile needing to enter in all of my contact info to do so. What, so you can spam me even more? No thanks. Piss off.

After all the negative reviews about not being able to unsubscribe, the company replies with web address to “successfully unsubscribe” but of course that is a scam in itself!!! I went to that website and once you choose to unsubscribe, it asks for all your information (probably to sell to another company because they are bottom feeding thieves) but the submit to unsubscribe is locked, so even your pathetic “helpfulness” is just another scam!!!!! You will be judged one day!!!

I was checking out your company and wanted to know if you buy waterfront condos? Please let me know.

I have no clue how they found out, they are probably scanning obituaries but, My father has not been in the ground for 2 weeks and they are already sending letters to the house that my mother still lives in asking to buy the house cause it is listed in his name. This is worse than ambulance chasing attorneys, the man hasn't been gone long enough to grieve and they are pouncing on a possible opportunity. This is a sick practice and these people should be ashamed of the way they are are going about finding ways to scam people out of their homes. Wish I knew where to actually find them I'd show up to their place of business with a whole can of PO'd to open right in their lobby. Quit trying to take advantage of people who are struggling through one of the worst times of their life.

The guy who called me is a total sweetheart! It felt like talking to an old friend! I like his no pressure attitude and he made me feel comfortable.

Like to know why your company does not have a cash proposal for me. I have no e-mail's or phone after talking to one of your people on the phone? Your man said he was going to get back with myself in a couple of days. I have not heard from you're at all, would like to hear from you soon. Roy Vaughn
