Love my shorts. Have several pairs now; some I wear in the gym & others I use as casual wear during the warmer weather & on holidays.

Older customer
I was disappointed with the quality - as an older lady, I prefer more robust material and a higher waist. These were worth a try but not to the standard of Snag leggings so I won’t be buying again

Reliably great
Lusciously soft fabrics and true to sizing leggings makes Llama Leisure my first choice for any workout clothing. I wish they did more black /monochrome pieces, as those are my only preference for colours. But the ones I do get are reliably great. Their shorts are ideal under dresses too, especially the ones with pockets - enabling me to carry my phone even if the dress doesn’t let me!

Products good, AI customer service terrible
Products are great, and when you finally get to speak to a human customer service advisor, they're good, but they seem to be using AI chat bots to run the customer service side of things (in order to "respond in minutes rather than hours").
I'm sure I can't be alone in just wanting good old human beings who are well trained, sensible, efficient and polite to respond, and not minding waiting hours for a response. The ability to wait for something is a pretty basic life skill. Please ditch the hyper-friendly and speedy but nonsensical AI customer service Llama Leisure !

A great product
I now have around ten pairs of their lovely leggings, they are soft, wash well on a cool wash and fit just right. Great colours and designs, something for everyone.
