Booked my treatment and consultation at 2:50. I rang at 2:45 to let them know I’m running late. The receptionist said if I arrive at 3:05 they will reject my treatment as they have another booking at 3:30. My slot was a 45 min slot. Question: how did they intend do complete a consult consultation and treatment within 45 minutes? Anyway I said I’ll be 5 mins late max. At 2:55 I’ve walked in and immediately was told the treatment would not be happening today. I stayed quite and thought I’d raise the concerns in my Consultation. Lauren is who did my consultation and took me into a little room and asked how my day was. I replied and said honestly I’m a little annoyed I’ve taken 2 hours off work to get this treatment done and I’m 5 mins late and you’ve rejected my treatement, I can’t even book an appointment after 5 as you don’t offer any. To which Lauren corrected me stating I’m 10 mins late. I corrected Lauren politely saying no I was 5 mins late, (they made me fill out 2 forms which I already filled out online which is why it was 3:05 by the time we got into the room) keep in mind, my appointment was at 2:50 bang on. They never advised me to come 15 mins in advance to fill out paper work or to complete the consultation. As I corrected Lauren, I asked what the refund process is, which to my surprise Lauren threatened me and said if I continue raising my voice she would cancel the consultation. Now I can assure you, if I was raising my voice the customers waiting outside would’ve heard but in fact I was speaking calmly and with respect. Not an ounce of my voice was raised. I promise. She stereotyped me as I’m a brown young girl. I corrected Lauren stating I’ve not raised my voice and asked for the refund process as I would not continue like this. She walked me out and handed me a car and said goodbye. She did not talk me through the process, simply handed me a car and turned her back. I returned home in tears. I’ve been saving up for this laser treatment for so long, my friends can vouch for me when I say I was literally jumping the night before in excitement and truly can’t believe I returned home in tears. Do staff not know the basic principles of customer service? I’m paying for my service and mind you, it’s not cheap but ontop of that, you as consultants are being paid to work. So why are you so unhappy and mean? The second you walk into the store you’re met with a bunch of mean girls. Not a single smile, not a single hello. Just straight unhappy faces. If you’re unhappy working there… please don’t? People are using their hard earnt money to attend these appointments and you’re simply not doing a good enough job at making your customers feel safe.

It’s a shame that laser clinic Leicester has closed or gone in bankruptcy and not informing customers who have paid money for the treatment sessions. It is really disappointing when contacted on there website no reply has given to customers. My recently appointment has been cancelled due to temporary shut down of ur laser clinic I wasn’t given any notice and ur clinic has gone into bankruptcy.

Leicester laser has great customer service they are very helpful and approachable happy to help at every point.
I have had various treatments done and they have always made me feel comfortable with my treatments.

I have been going to the laser clinic in leicester for the past year now, they are always incredibly professional, and make me feel relaxed and comfortable even for those intimate areas. My results have been incredible, my arm pits only needed 4 treatments to be hair free and bikini even after the first I saw a huge difference, just finished my course and so pleased with my results- smooth skin and no more in growing hairs!
My skin is looking better than ever after spider vein treatments and a course of microneedling with yellow LED! Couldn’t recommend the team at leicester laser clinic enough.

I have gone here for over a year for laser hair removal and it is one of the best. I have used other places and this is one that I can say is pain free with no weird or cold gels used. Staff are always a great help and so polite.

Waoooo i have no words for staff and service which they gave and the behaviour and the result of treatment which I recieved. The staff is veryyyyyy nice the behaviour is toooo good very friendly and helpful they treat me like a queen and toooo gentle to my skin and i am shocked about the result of the treatments believe me plz do not waste your time to go anywhere else pleasee just came here its totally worth your money your time . Thanks alot

Leicester laser clinic are amazing from browsing there website to filling out the form online they get back to quickly, they explain everything and when you get there they make you feel so at ease like you’ve known them forever. I had a skin tag removed and the lady was lovely again explained everything, the procedure was very straight forward. So thank you Leicester laser clinic for your service.

The guy at the reception desk was also incredibly polite, and we were able to have a few laughs with him too, which was great!

Leicester laser clinic provide the best hair removal treatments out on the market. The staff are highly knowledgeable and will advise on frequency of treatments and if settings need to change with hair growth. They provide after care advice which helps ensure my skin is always protected.
They also provide skin treatments which I have had one of, and my skin has definitely seen an improvement when it comes to pigmentation.
