I have had a very positive experience with Lloyds Business Banking. The staff have been professional, friendly and helpful, providing clear communication and excellent customer service. I particularly appreciate their efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to understand my business needs. The whole experience has been smooth and straightforward, and I feel confident and well supported as a business customer. I would highly recommend Lloyds Business Banking to other business owners.

I submitted an application and I received a response from Lloyds within a day. After I answered the question, my application was approved shortly.

Continuation from my post 4 days ago. Lloyds have again failed to adhere to their self imposed deadlines and its now me chasing them again for a resolution. They are also trying to get these posts removed. 4 out of the last 5 posts from multiple customers have given them a 1 star rating. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will hamper your business.

If you have a business you want to move on quickly - don't go with Lloyds!
I have been on the phone for 8 minutes, listening to all manner of nonsense and warnings on the Lloyds business account, putting in my details, answering questions, only to be told I'm being redirected and next time need to call 0345 072 5555 - which is the number I dialled in the first place before being fielded around by the auto bot!!! I eventually got through after 25 minutes to be advised they take details, send it to another department who will phone back! If you have a business you want to move quickly - don't go with Lloyds!
