I purchased a tigers eye necklace and…
I purchased a tigers eye necklace and bracelet from lnd bands.
The bracelet is fine, no issues, but the necklace has broken at the clasp.
I have tried to contact lnd through there email and have had no response.
I know the items are not very expensive, but it would have been nice to at least get some response from the company.
I'll be steering clear from them in the future.

Top Class Customer Care 😀
I ordered two bracelets from LND on Friday June 27th and they arrived the next Monday, which is really impressive! The bracelets are gorgeous, I love them. One of them is the Just Breathe morse code bracelet and the aquamarine beads are so pretty. Unfortunately I did have a slight issue with the other bracelet and I decided to email LND on the Tuesday for their advice. As it was during the evening when I sent the email, I was very surprised to find they emailed me straight back within minutes! Without question, they offered me either a refund or a replacement. Of course I wanted a replacement 😀
So, not only a lovely website with dozens of pretty, tempting pieces, but very good value, fast delivery, and top class customer care too. I will definitely be buying more and I will be confidently recommending the LND Bands website to friends. Thank you 😊
