Both the girls in the Battersea showroom were so helpful and patient! Unfortunately I only took one of the girls name, Ella but the other girl was just as kind. We took ages to decide and asked so many questions, but it was all no problem. ThenI had to phone up and change the order as one of the sofabeds wouldn’t fit… Ella sent the new quote over immediately so we were able to complete the transaction that day. Excellent, attentive (but not intrusive or pressured) customer service. Would highly recommend!

I recently had a very positive experience searching for the perfect sofa and chair. Ella was incredibly helpful, providing a list of options that would fit my space and suggesting the best fabric choices for pet owners. I spent over an hour trying them out and narrowing down my options. I’m now eagerly anticipating the delivery.

I bought a Love Snuggle bed around 3 years ago for our home in Barcelona, and while I originally loved the cosy concept and appearance, the reality of living with this product long term has been extremely disappointing.
Two months ago I developed severe coccyx pain and was later diagnosed by an orthopaedic consultant with coccydynia — a painful condition that now requires lengthy treatment and the constant use of a medical cushion. After trying to understand the cause, it became obvious that the metal arches underneath this sofa bed are a major design flaw.
The seating is so poorly supported that we now need to keep TWO extra layers of cushions on top just to protect ourselves from the pressure of the metal bars underneath. A “cosy” snuggle sofa should not leave people physically suffering.
The same issue exists in bed mode. From early on, I had to buy an additional mattress topper from Ikea because the metal arches could clearly be felt through the mattress. That should never happen with a product sold as comfortable and premium.
Honestly, this has gone from being a stylish piece of furniture to an uncomfortable and physically problematic object sitting in my living room. The design may look attractive, but comfort and proper support seem to have been completely overlooked.
Very disappointed.

I placed an order online, sadly I was unable to spread the cost. Booking delivery slot super easy.
Customer service/help centre could do with some improvement.

We were in Battersea and Liam and Teighan were great helping us compare all our options; when I went back to order Liam explained all the minutaie and had it all sorted in less than 20 mins. Very efficient and cheerful which leaves a really positive vibe about your sofas due to arrive in August ..

I had a problem with a loose cushion cover and pleased say loaf customer service was excellent. They replied to my email very quickly and are sending out a new one . Very happy to recommend Loaf.

The Loaf delivery team, specifically Ben and Kayman, were lovely. They were super efficient, communicative and nothing was too much trouble. We did have some issues getting our delivery booked in from Wincanton but Loaf eventually put things right and our furniture was delivered directly with the smaller Loaf team instead. I’m glad it did as Ben and Kayman were an absolute pleasure to deal with and there were no issues at all!

I have ordered an extra large velvet sofa! The support from Loaf Battersea team was really helpful with appropriate explantions. Unfortunately the delivery initially ended up in some scratches on the sofa which I was not sure if they were already there. Following communication with the team we arranged a replacement and this time it was with loaf brigade team. Ben and Kayden brought the new sofa and showed so much care and competence (and strength) and they delivered it to my home in a perfect condition! I am so grateful as their job was not easy due to the building structure. Thank you loaf!

Really nice experience shopping for sofas and chairs in Loaf Battersea today.
In terms of finding what you want, the business is so large and so well set out that there is plenty of room to explore all the stock, sit comfortably and find out what owning a sofa might feel like. The staff are around, but never hassling or trying to get you to make a purchase. We had Tia, and very helpful and professional- really knew the stock too.
The items are fair value, because they are so comfortable and very well made.

I placed an order in person, my email address inputted into the system incorrectly "hopmail" instead of "hotmail"; I since called five seperate times for a tracking number and a receipt; nothing ever arrived. After finally receiving the tracking number after a week - the parcel was shown as delivered from another location in the north of england (I am in London) and I am still without my purchase. Awful customer service and it appears redundant back office systems.

I was recently visiting my cousin in London and she, her husband and myself found ourselves at the Queenstown Road, Battersea (?) branch of Loaf on the 28th April.
This was our second furniture store that morning, the first, which shall remain unnamed, was bloody awful. Loaf, however, was quite different.
We were met and greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The staff went, I think, above and beyond to help my cousin and her husband find the right sofa, giving plenty of good advice and ideas on making sure what we were looking at would work and fit.
Liam, the manager I believe, was knowledgeable and patient with some of my questions. Ella was super friendly and also knowledgeable. Both were wonderful to work with, and although my cousin didn't add the armchair they were thinking of, they ordered a sofa they fell in love with.
Look after your staff, because they very much looked after us. They made the difficult process easy and comfortable.
I can't wait to visit with her again to try out the sofa in their home.
If I lived in the UK I would buy from Loaf every time, but I live in the USA.
