Just the coolest shop
Just the coolest shop, from walking in to leaving .. the staff were fantastic.
Offered water & snacks from the start and after we ordered our beautiful new sofa we left with some extra treats too!
I’d happily spend a few hours there sitting in there very comfortable sofas and chairs!!

So many feathers!
We purchased a bear hug sofa, which was a significant purchase.
We explained that we were wary of feather filled sofas because of a past experience, and were told that the sofa cushions would be ok. Total rubbish!
Every day we have to do a clean sweep of our lounge, removing probably 20-30 feathers a day to leave a clean lounge and sofa.
When we getup we have to check each other to make sure that no feathers have found their way from the sofa to our clothes.
I would not buy this again!

I’m truly sorry to hear that your Bear Hug Sofa hasn’t lived up to your expectations.
To explain a little further: the cushions are carefully designed using a blend of responsibly sourced duck feathers, supportive foam and soft fibre made from recycled sources. This combination is intended to provide the right balance of comfort, durability and sustainability, with the feathers giving a relaxed, sink-in feel, the foam core offering structure and support and the recycled fibre adding extra softness while reducing environmental impact.
That said, the degree of shedding can sometimes feel more noticeable depending on the fabric you selected for your sofa. Fabrics with a looser or thinner weave can occasionally allow feathers to protrude more visibly, whereas tighter weaves may mask this to a greater extent.
I really appreciate you highlighting your experience, as it helps us better understand where we can improve both in terms of our product design and how we set expectations with our customers.
If the shedding continues to feel excessive, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be in touch.

Lovely Modern Furniture Store
Visited the store today with the intention of purchasing a sofa that sadly wasn't on display. However, I've managed to choose another that will perfectly fit my space. Heidi was extremely polite and helpful and made the purchase very easy. Will be back once sofa arrives for scatter cushions

Heidi was super helpful in finding us the right sofa, and she was also great at entertaining our young daughter so we could try out the sofas. She suggested something we hadn’t considered and we loved it so we have had a successful trip and can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive!

My baby arrived quicker than this cushion
I’ve been trying to get a cushion delivered since December 2024. Every time I ring up to chase it, the team is very helpful on the phone but they promise to follow up and then never do so I am left waiting for a couple of weeks at which point I have to call up and chase again. It’s a joke at this point - I’ve managed to have a baby in the time we’ve been waiting for this cushion to be delivered!

Great customer experience
I wanted to purchase a rug for my lounge which had featured in a holiday house we had hired in the summer. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to locate the exact same rug sample & I was so pleased that it was still available to order. It took less than 7 days for it to arrive & it looks perfect. The showroom is well laid out & I had a delightful experience.
