Great personal service from staff and a huge choice of stock.
I first visited the Islington shack and then, in order to see an even wider selection of sofas and armchairs, I went to the Notting Hill shack. In both places, the staff were incredibly helpful, and there was plenty of time and space to explore all the stock. Having finally decided on both a sofa and an armchair, the purchase and delivery arrangements have all been very straightforward. I’ve already booked my delivery day and just hope everything will go smoothly. The two items I chose were both from the Outlet and the discounts were significant. A special thank you to Lili in Notting Hill who was so helpful with everything.

3 weeks delay, little notice , do not buy !
We bought a couch which should have taken 10-12 weeks to arrive. They obviously pushed it to 12 weeks which is definitely within their right. However they moved the delivery date twice! Moving it by 3 weeks! It was the delivery company not even them who contacted us,
We booked a parking suspension for smooth delivery which won't be used,
My parents and friends are coming to visit and there is no couch,
Completely unacceptable

Helpful Team At Notting Hill
We visited the store in Notting Hill twice before making our selection. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful and describing the features and different colour options and fabric options and they also helped talk about sizing and how to make sure it would fit upon delivery.

Great sofas, staff and shopping experience
Went to Loaf Notting Hill and bought a Slow Riser Sofa bed. Comfy and snuggly as both bed and sofa, and great clever stain resistant fabric. Shopping experience was really chilled, offered nice refreshments (pastries and bubbles) and the staff were really friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Also entertaining for my 2 year old! Thanks to Muna and Sadiqa for all your help!

The lass who took the order on Tuesday is stopping work at the Ladbroke Grove Loaf. Her name was something like Sakana. I am pretty sure it began with SaK. You are losing a gem.

Nice Overall
The young lady helping us was fantastic. She provided us with the information we needed about the day bed we were interested in, even demonstrated how to pull it out. She seemed to be the only one of the three ladies working there interacting with customers. I took off a star because the other sales associates were just sitting/standing at the counter chatting/gossiping with each other while I was paying for the furniture we purchased, not even trying to be discreet. Overall, a nice shop and a pleasant experience.

Spent a very comfortable 45 minutes in the Loaf store Notting Hill! Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful but knew when to leave me alone. Very helpful having the extra long tape measures handy and the bottle of water was very welcome. It's impossible to buy a sofa without knowing how comfortable it is first so perfect location for testing out the 4 I'd chosen online and then make a choice.
