Cuddle muffin
As always whenever we visit the Solihull shack we are always met with a warmth and friendly welcome the staff they always go above and beyond with help and guidance we have to name drop - Pete -he has been an amazing help to us from start to finish when we purchased our cuddle muffin corner sofa he was always there to help us through the whole process including ordering an extra cushion for our sofa and was good to know he was a phone call away should we need him a credit to loaf and can’t thank him enough, we will be a returning customer to loaf for quality and design and are so happy with our sofa

Very well looked after
Very knowledgable staff, looked after our wellbeing with offers of bottled water biscuits etc. when our first choice sofa was not a fit for the doors helped us find something that would fit in our house and be good for the tall people in the family. It was nice to see our choices in the fabric on the computer.

My aunt has ordered 2 lovely armchairs…
My aunt has ordered 2 lovely armchairs from the Solihull West Midlands branch. We found the young lady who took care of us was very informative friendly and not pushy. All in all my aunt left feeling very happy and confident that the delivery will be in good hands

The showroom was amazing
The showroom team was absolutely amazing but the delivery and the product knocked the shine a little. The chest of drawers is being replaced. No problem. The process just takes a little time. The bed wasn’t assembled correctly. We ordered the parts and did it myself. Again no problem but disappointed that the delivery team obviously knew that they had left it incomplete.

I bought a Jonesy sofa,armchair and 4…
I bought a Jonesy sofa,armchair and 4 dining chairs last year and returned last Friday to order a Queenie armchair. The staff at Solihull are lovely and very helpful and I have got to know them. I am so pleased with the furniture I already have and looking forward to receiving the Queenie chair in April.

Absolutely fantastic service by Peter. He’s warm and very welcoming. There is no pressure when you are in the store, just good friendly advice. We came away with two sofas and cushions and will be back for more accessories soon I’m sure.

From the moment we walked in it was a fantastic experience. Peter helped us with our colour choices, even helped with pain choices to match. There was no pushy selling just helpful advice.

Amazing customer service from Pete
Pete was amazing today. He was helping with a discontinued fabric order and called to say they had managed to source it. Even my extra demands were met with positivity, enthusiasm and a perfect result.
All the Loaf team who have helped with this issue have been professional and have gone the extra mile.

Virtual consultation
I did a virtual consultation with Mia which was very helpful as we live 2 hours from a Loaf store and having visited last weekend to decide on what we wanted we still had a few more things to agree on having gone home with our samples for all the items we were ordering . Mia was very helpful both on the call and afterwards as were all the customer service team. Such a helpful service to offer and one I wish more retail outlets would as it provides a seamless experience. Thank you
