Love the tea cake treat on the side, lovely touch. Staff helpful but not over powering. Ambience is cool and retro . Feels homely. Love it !

Excellent customer service during my instore visits and online today.
Excellent customer service initially in the Wilmslow Store.
Followed by Kelly, online who was outstanding , with her great customer care and understanding. Kelly quickly managed to sort out a few problems I was having with making my payment.
I can highly recommend Loaf for not only producing fantastic sofa beds, but also outstanding customer service from all their employees that dealt with me.

Great experience in the Wilmslow showroom
Great experience in the Wilmslow showroom today, to be greeted by Chloe at the door after over an hours drive with my two young kids in the car was lovely. I didn’t feel any pressure, and the kids were allowed to play/wander/try sofas and use the games (& snacks!) provided. Not once did I feel like I’d caused an inconvenience having the children with me and if anything the staff making an effort with them helped me make my decision fairly quickly. The sofas are all gorgeous - I’d happily have any of them! We went for the XL Smithy corner sofa and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

A member of staff opened the door for us upon arriving, what a lovely start. Ordered two cushions to go with recently delivered sofa.

Lovely welcoming store and staff
Lovely welcoming store and staff. Good old-fashioned customer service with lots of nice little touches like the bottled water., sweets, biscuits, note pads etc.
Was assisted by Ben, who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Additionally, the 14 day return guarantee if you were not satisfied is very reassuring
I would highly recommend loaf

Terrible Experience.
We had a really disappointing experience buying a sofa from their Wilslow store. We were let down time after time and their telephone team were dreadful. We will not be shopping with them and strongly recommend you don't either.

Brilliant sofas
Waited to make this review had the sofas for 9-10 months and they are great and still look brand new. Super comfy and built to last. The staff are helpful and friendly in store as well

I visited your Wilmslow shack on 3…
I visited your Wilmslow shack on 3 occasions and was greeted at the door with a warm friendly face. We were then just left to browse with no one bothering us ( which I love). The staff were always on hand to answer any questions but then left you alone to browse. The first time I went with my daughter and we were in just over 2 hours.
I eventually ordered my Smithy corner sofa on the third visit, this was quick and easy again with friendly staff.
Would definitely recommend this store.
Can't wait for my sofa.
