Really helpful broker (and call agents) who sorted a decent deal on a remortgage.
Only lose a star as there were texts and emails that went missing or weren't received. However, it all got sorted in the end and very quickly once the communication glitches were overcome.

Alanah was really helpful with arranging a loan through the lender. It was the first time I was applying for a loan of a significant amount and the lender was requesting information that wasn't relevant. Alanah was able to discuss this with them and made withe whole process really straightforward.
