I am writing this feedback based on my experience with your Lawyer Panel services over the past several months.

I joined your panel in June 2025 with the expectation of professional assistance for my loan settlement. Initially, I was assigned to Ms. Kanika, later my case was transferred to Ms. Sanjana, and subsequently to another advisor. Due to these repeated changes, I had to explain my case multiple times from the beginning, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion.

While I did receive a settlement letter for one of my loans and completed the payment, I have still not received the NOC despite multiple follow-ups. This is a very important document, and the delay reflects lack of proper coordination and follow-through.

Additionally, I have experienced:

- Lack of continuity in case handling
- Repeated requests for the same documents
- Generic responses instead of case-specific updates
- No clear timelines or accountability

Overall, my experience has been disappointing, as the service did not meet the expectations set at the time of onboarding.

I would strongly suggest improving:

- Case ownership and accountability
- Communication clarity with clients
- Timely completion of post-settlement formalities like NOC

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service quality.

Main payment kar chuka hun ab tak long settlement nahi hua hai

My name is Arman i paid two time payment successful amount debited from my account but they are not called me still.

I had registered on 9th April, however I received the confirmation only on 22nd April, which is a significant delay.

Additionally, I am facing serious concerns with your collection agents. They have been repeatedly contacting me, visiting my residence without prior notice, and discussing my loan details with my family members and neighbors. This is extremely distressing and unacceptable.

Given this experience, I am concerned about proceeding further. Why should I trust the process and make any initial payment if there is a lack of support and such behavior from your representatives?

I request you to:

Immediately address the conduct of the collection agents
Ensure that no further unauthorized visits or disclosures happen
Provide clarity on the next steps and assurance of proper support

Looking forward to your urgent response.
