Your X-infinty service is a bunch of…

Your X-infinty service is a bunch of liars! Customer service told me, since I moved out of your network that you would not charge my account. Your customer service agent Lied!!!!! I want my funds put back in my account. The agent I spoke to hung up on me! I was not cursing or anything. He disconnected the call. If he worked for me that representative would have been fired.

I've been a customer of xfinity for a long time.

I've been a customer of xfinity for quite some time.Maybe in the range of twenty years. You would hope that the loyalty would help you out if there was something gone wrong with your account. I went in on black friday.Trying to resolve an issue which did get solved, except that I ended up leaving with a whole bunch of more product. I walked out a happy camper, but a month later found out that all that stuff that I walked out with was going to cost me a whole bunch of money. Not once was it brought up to me that I was going to have to purchase these items that it was a black friday DEAL. so when I went into the store to try to get resolution to my problems. All I got was, it's your problem? You didn't read the fine print. You're gonna have to pay for it all outright. In order to cancel or get out of my new products. Beaning loyal and paying your bill on time does not help out in any way. I guess what I did was trust them to be honest and straightforward with everything and that did not happen. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Worst customer service Ever

Customer service is not helpful. Ive been without internet for 5 days. Technician was to be here on day 1. Still have not had here. When I call im not getting any information beyond a technician will be there. Its been 5 days. I need a human to speak to. The internet cable is in the ground and posing a safety risk.

I cant tell if the employees are very…

I cant tell if the employees are very low iq or if they are scammers because they act like scammers and take your information and just fail to setup the account but then they dont take any money out of your bank accounts. I honestly hope they are scammers because if they aren't, they are incompetent to the point where its almost impressive.

I called these people for an internet…

I called these people for an internet service today 6/3. They said that they are partnering with Spectrum and our bill would be coming from spectrum. We do not like spectrum!!!! To top it off the guy abruptly hung up on me instead of trying to help. Won’t be calling them again!!!!!
