Disappointment
Unfortunately the first will draft I received beared no relation to what I had requested. I don't know how you could have got it so wrong! When I sent the corrections, I felt I had to paraphrase so the instructions were correct. Too much of a hard sell on the LPA service, which was more expensive than having Age Concern complete the documents.

Hi,
All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.
Ultimately, all decisions always remain with you.

SCAM - avoid

Hi,
This review is both misleading and unacceptable.
You spoke with two members of our staff today, and following those conversations we agreed to cancel the service and issue you a full refund. That refund has now been processed.
Despite this, you have chosen to leave a review describing our business as a “SCAM” and claiming that we refused to refund you. That statement is simply false and does not reflect what actually happened today.
We are happy to address genuine complaints and concerns, but we will not accept false or defamatory statements being made about our business. We have acted reasonably, agreed to your refund and processed it.
Given that the matter has now been resolved and your payment has been refunded, we ask that you remove or amend this review immediately so that it accurately reflects the outcome.
Kind Regards - Secure Legacy

Good service and good prices
Good service and good prices. Only down side was the pushing of add-on's. You need to be strong if you don't want them, or a £10s of pounds for a will costs £1000s.
But overall nice service.

I made my will with you and was very impressed with the quick and efficient service. The people I spoke to were really friendly. I told my mum and she has just redone her will and said she was very impressed as well with the whole thing. Highly recommend
