This is a quick and cheap way to write…
This is a quick and cheap way to write a simple will. You do however need two be aware that They will try to add themselves es as executors (which keeps them involved and so down the line will cost money in fees) Also make sure that they are not made the trustees as this will mean they store your will and will charge you. Be very firm on what you want before you sign and it will only cost you £47.

Cost effective Will prep
This is a really cost effective way to prepare a pretty basic will. My affairs are not complicated. I had to make a few changes I but this was done in good time.
At the moment, I do not want my power of attorney set up, but appreciated talking to the salespeople about this.

Be very careful of this company
Be very careful of this company. I contacted them by email to ask for help with a will for myself, A guy called me saying “We can setup a will for you at a cost of £47, how does that sound” I was very happy with £47, paid the money. Then a lady called to setup the will and after a while she started asking for payment for storing the will in a waterproof, fireproof safe…..£399 ! then a while later a charge of £99 was asked for then £92 at that point she sensed I wasn’t happy and told me “don’t worry you can pay that later” by the time the will was setup the cost had gone from £47 to £565 …….These additional costs should have been explained on that first phone call alongside the £47
So be careful with this company

Secure Legacy made my will making so…
Secure Legacy made my will making so much easier than I thought it would be. Just a phone speaking with a Lady on what my wishes were, then and email to elaborate on my wishes to make sure everything was correct, then the actual will just to sign and that was it. Recommended my friend who was with me at the time and now she has made one. It’s that simple. Working front line on the Ambulance. Please don’t put off any longer, leave your loved ones the treasures you wish to leave behind. Definitely Recommend this company. And it won’t break the bank either

Awful company
Awful company. I paid for basic will writing and when on the call the woman tried to upsell everything under the sun. She would not take no for an answer and kept pushing us asking why we didn't want the upsell(£1000 extra) her attitude was awful and we left the call feeling quite upset. She then sent the draft will over full of errors, i sent them back and explained the errors and they sent them wrong again! at this point i cancelled the whole thing and asked for a refund. Complete waste of time and a huge scam!

The purpose of sending a draft Will is precisely so that the client can review it, identify any amendments required and inform us of any changes before the document is finalised. Drafts are not intended to be treated as the final version.
We are required to explain the additional protection options available to clients because many of our customers require or benefit from these provisions. Explaining these options is not the same as upselling, and there is no obligation to purchase any additional service.
You subsequently chose to cancel your instructions, and your refund has already been issued in accordance with the applicable refund process. Therefore, describing our company as a “scam” is entirely unjustified. Allegations of that nature, when unsupported by the facts, are defamatory.
We are disappointed that you were unhappy with the service, but we will not accept inaccurate or defamatory allegations about our company.

Just renewed our wills with Secure…
Just renewed our wills with Secure Legacy & from start to finish we have nothing to complain about. They did try to upsell us things but we weren’t pressured into anything. From the 1st phone call it was very quick (2weeks) & the wills are both completed & stored in a secure place. We had the choice to send them back & they would store them but we chose to keep them ourselves. All staff members we dealt with were very polite & helpful & we would most definitely recommend them to friends & family.
