Majority of the ads women wanting to meet men are waste of time. You can send messages seems the messages are read but never get any replies.
Most women on here then ask you to register on another site, then they harass you with emails, and charges.

Became a premium member and have not been able to post any adverts. Nobody answers emails. Feel I’ve wasted my money.

I rejoin so many times and everytime all that message are bare fools , they are the most dumbest and vile timewasting men than other sites I have been on, I was p....d off the amount of thickos constantly messaging , so i put on the ad a few choices words , the profile removed with no warning .
Shove your site I will never waste my time on horrible nasty spiteful immatures again its full of weirdos, freaks and unintelligent backward braindeads , i have never known a site that attracts so many muppets to me , I put nice photos on , i do cheap rates , but only get idiot after idiot wasting my time, think I just stick on my other sites still get timewasters but not as many as locanto .

I've been using Locanto since I was 18. A large majority of people on that website are catfish or scammers / criminals.

I truly believe there is some sort of corruption going on on their website. My personal ads are constantly taken down despite not being against the rules. Once they hit around 2500 views the views stopped. Then randomly ALL of my ads (I had 3) got removed without warning. I naturally posted another add, but it was taken down 2 days later.

I have been using Locanto now for over a month. I have'nt met one genuine contact who I was able to meet, Most are either escorts, weirdos who pretend to be a woman and want a genital photo. I met one lady by the name of Fiona who after we texted on WhatsApp ended up calling me with another number which was not a British number after claiming her phone had died and a lady with a foriegn accent began speaking. The photo was of a white lady.

One escort was asking me if I could afford her. Many others redirect people to KIK where they are sellers doing webcam. Others dont reply at all if you respond to their ads.

My advice is not to give your email or phone number as a first precaution. Many scammers will take your email then send you scam emails. Keep speaking on Locanto until you can trust the person. Don't agree to meet on a day without finalising and making a phonecall or videocall, you will waste your time.

Update: I met one genuine contact who was a premium user, but I was too old for her. Other contacts I cant be sure if they were genuine. Many scammers will put fake phone numbers to make the account look more genuine.

Anyone genuine will not reveal their phone number although they will be a verified user.
Verified users will add their phone number to increase their authenticity.

Try to use the sneak pic if anyone asks for a photo. That photo only lasts 5 seconds.

Created a free ad, but if I search for it, I can't see it. The only views are my own from when I accessed the ad via 'My Ads' and viewed it myself.
I presume the idea is that a percentage of users will get frustrated and pay for the premium ad, but it would be very unwise to give these scammers your money and financial details.

There seems to be no way to contact the customer support (- e.g. UK).

The contact form gives the error message "Invalid email" and trying to send a message from a premium account gives the same error message.

Trying to answer an ad following advice won't let me go past phone number says not enough digits but number is correct total waste of time

"I Paid Money for premium account but the ads or not showing on your website, either You Revert The Payment Paid By me or else Allow the ads to be displayed On your website"

The best solution is to post your ad using a different IP address.

To better protect our Locanto community, we have increased our security measures when it comes to ad posting. It seems like the IP address you were using to try to post an ad has been previously flagged for abusing the Locanto platform. As a result, we have blocked this IP address.

If you still have trouble posting an ad after using a different IP address, please let us know. We will look into this further and find a way to make this right.

1st mail HELLO I DID THAT STILL THE ADS ARE NOT REFLECTING, BETTER IF YOU DO NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE REFUND MY PAYMENT, AFTER TAKING THE PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM ACCOUNT NOW SAYING THIS ALL IS NOT CORRECT THING.

1st mail no reply 2nd email nearly i used 4 ips till now still not reflecting ads in your site, please if your answer is sorry we can not do then Plz revert My Payment.
dont you Guy's do not know when i'm paying to you That this IP is blocked payments will not be accepted, you collected the payment from the same ip, there you won't find any restrictions, but i ask why ads are not displayed on ur site now u says likes this, but still i posted from different IDS, same thing, not displaying the ads, so better solve the issue and release my account or else revert my payment.

Misleading company which wastes people's time. '20 seconds to register', they claim without stating at that point that a telephone number has to be included. I completed the registration, posted an advertisement, and was pleased to get a reply very soon afterwards, which was withheld by this company with a 'just one more step requirement to include a telephone number except that this apparently technologically advanced company only allows UK mobile numbers whereas my number is from another country because I work mainly abroad. This is obviously too much for them to comprehend. [1] Do not make false claims regarding registration process and then, in a rather infantile way, slip in an additional requirement that was not initially stipulated.
[2] Develop a level of understanding that somebody who may be spending time in the UK may not actually have a UK telephone.

Hi,
i wanted to regiater account and started to use their service, but unfortunately after I veryfied 10 captcha pictures i needed to go and start to do something more usefull. You cant even complaint cos even from sending them email stopping you captcha.
Could they tell me please just roughly many days of holiday i have to reserve to get over that verificaton?
