So far so good! I love the concept of Locket and found the onboarding process simple and easy. I very much appreciated the personalised video from Helen welcoming me to locket.

After being ripped off by my previous insurance company and my premium going up 3 fold, Locket was a breath of fresh air - competitively priced and with a simple sign up process which asked simple, relevant questions. Customer service was great too - a question I had about the new Scottish smoke alarm legislation was answered promptly and helpfully.
The true test of an insurance company is what happens when you make a claim and what happens to your premium after making a claim. I haven't had to make a claim with Locket, so I can't speak to this, but I'm cautiously optimistic given the experience so far.
Locket's policies are month by month, so there's no lock in and if they ever fail to live up to expectations it won't be hard to switch straight away. Not that I relish that thought, unless the rest of the industry has caught up with Locket's example.

Just signed up the signup process was intuitive and quick. Communication with the company so far has been positive and prompt responses

You ask a question they answer it. Even if its not what you want to hear. No BS, upfront, simple and human. OK they dont cater for every single smart device. But just tell them and they look into it. About to get involved with the insiders programme and have every faith it will be great.

not heard of before but app is good and cover compared to existing seems same or better.could not find any bad reviews but proof will be how any claim is handled.

I thought it was great, it was straight forward and easy to do.
I think the insider program could do with moving quicker or letting you know that you can take the insurance out while going through it, I was worried as I cancelled my previous insurance to take part.
But I didn't find out until the end that it was going to take that long and I wasn't informed until I had an email from someone that I could have taken the quote I generated online.
But that was minor other than that it was great.

I only joined a few days ago but I already feel I made the right decision. Helen really help me with a problem I had to do the payment and she was very patient with me and my computer issue. I hope not to have to make a claim but if I do I feel positive about it already

Haven't made a claim yet so I can't speak to that side of things. But so far the customer experience has been excellent. I had some queries on some policy wording changes and it was quickly answered and clarified. All staff seem very responsive and happy to help.
