Lock Fitter Ltd Avis

This is our second experience with Owen Locksmith, a truly professional company. Ryan showed up promptly, completed the task efficiently, and walked us through his work. We wouldn't choose anyone else.

Really simple website and order process. I did end up ordering the wrong colour handle, but when I called they were very helpful arranged an exchange. The new handle arrived the next day.

I've had some issues with the doors I have (nothing to do with lock fitter) but they did put me in touch with one of the UK manufacturers

Fantastic communication and excellent workmanship

Exceptional service, expert guidance, and outstanding quality products from a top-notch company!

Delivered new matching replacement handle for my broken main bi-fold door, just before Christmas. Saved the day.

Top service, advice, quality company, 1st class products 👌

Easy to deal with, helpful and fast delivery.

Very helpful advice from Dave prior to ordering new Ultion key. Very quick delivery good communication through out ordering process. Thank you. I thought a signature was required by delivery company but item was just push though letterbox.

I ordered the locks and keys I needed and received a phone call from them, offering me options on the keys and informing me that they'd be with me in a few days.
The arrived on time and worked perfectly. Really impressed with the company and the personal touch to call and offer me the options presented to me. Very good customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service excellent advice great experience all round

Spoke to the guy in sales he was very helpful and sorted me out the same lock , would definitely recommend any one to your company for a new lock.

2nd time that we have used Owen locksmith very professional company . Ryan arrived on time , got on with the job and demonstrated what he had done . I wouldn’t use anyone else

Excellent service. Good quality product, delivered within 24hrs

Excellent service- website was clear and factual. Apple Pay makes it easy. Super fast delivery. They even called to check my delivery address! Top class

Superb so helpful a true pleasure to buy from
Strongly recommended

Your company delivered the key next day,but I was rather surprised that the delivery driver did not know that he was delivering keys which are valuable security items

However all"s well that ends well Thank you Peter Bull
The keys fit the doors which is the main thing !

Very easy to deal with and actually listen.

Great price compared to getting the lock direct from Manufacturer. Very helpful with initial query.

After a lot of desperate searching, Lock Fitter were the only company I could find that stocked the exact sized/shaped old fashioned patio door handle that I needed. It also arrived a day ahead of expected delivery date. Thank you so much!!
