I put in a desperate call to Charles regarding over tightened and broken locking wheel bolts on my Mercedes. He provided a same day response and travelled in foul weather. All 20 nuts including locking bolts were removed in about 20 minutes. What a guy! Straightforward honest pricing and he even supplied 4 new bolts to replace the locking ones and no wheel damage either. Charles is simply the best in the business!!
