Waited 1hr and 25minutes for a pre booked appointment called them x6 times and sent messages progress chasing no phone call back very poor customer service.
Have received 2 very arrogant phone calls advising THEY are imposing a cancellation charge ‼️
I will be taking this matter further
Never received such poor customer service

Hi John
We are sorry you have experienced such a unprofessional service, unfortunately this was not us. You must be getting us mixed up with another company.
1. We have no record of the booking on our system
2. We NEVER charge a cancellation fee and would NEVER call a customer threatening with this.
Here at Locksafe Locksmiths we pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction.

The best locksmith ever.
The best locksmith ever.
Jonathan dropped everything an a Saturday night (when the football was on TV!) with 10 minutes notice and sorted out a problem with my elderly parent's lost key.
He's simply the Best and I'd 100% recommend him.
Honest, fair prices and a lovely human being.
