AWFUL... AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NO USE. After waiting forever for delivery, you receive poorly sized clothes then they won't refund.

The item itself feels comfortable and supportive when wearing it. I’ve used it for a few longer walks and it holds up well. The only downside was that delivery took a bit longer than i expected. Still happy overall though.

I ordered from this site without checking if it was a legit site. I waited for weeks, getting tracking information periodically, although my package didn't seem to move. I thought I would check out the site and was humiliated at being so gullible. I was getting set for an argument with the site and/or my credit card provider.

However, I was pleasantly surprised when my sandals eventually arrived. I had expected junk, but they looked exactly like the photo on the site! They may not be the best, but they are just what I wanted. The only issue I might have is that the hard soles might be a bit slippy in the wet, but who wears jewelled sandals in the rain anyway. A bit more warning of the time to deliver would also be better.

Everything went pretty smoothly from ordering to delivery. The item arrived within the expected time and was neatly packed. The quality looks good and it feels well finished. Overall just a really easy and positive experience.

The product itself is nice and feels comfortable to wear. It arrived in a simple package, nothing fancy, but everything was intact. Honestly that's all I really care about. Overall a good purchase.

Ordered the denim dungarees and omg feel like I am been cut in half the length is a joke and nothing like it's description on the web site at all!!! I am so mad that I didn't read the reviews on here first I thought it was UK based not china other wise I would have never have ordered!!!!!!!! That why they was late in coming what a joke 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Do not order

This is a Scam website.

The dress they sent me is not even the one I ordered. It is a totally different dress!

They expect me to pay for return postage to China when I haven't even received what I ordered.

I have no faith that they intend to refund the money when they receive the dress and so paying that postage will just leave me even more out of pocket.

The dress therefore goes in the bin, and they get to keep the money for sending out rags in place of items ordered.

It's a scam and I am not sure where it should be reported to.

Awful fabric cheap flimsy nothing like description and photos, no refund unless I return to China £73 wasted cannot wear items totally disgusted with items. DO NOT buy anything from here if us and quality.

Wore this for a full day out and didn’t feel any discomfort at all. It’s light, flexible and just easy to wear. You almost forget you’re wearing it after a while. Really happy with how comfortable it is.

Wasn’t sure at first but honestly really happy I gave it a try. The design looks exactly like the photos and feels great to wear. It sits nicely on the body and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Definitely one of those items that looks even better once you have it in hand.

The product itself is okay and feels alright in terms of quality. It does what it's supposed to do, so no big complaints there. Shipping just took longer than expected, which made the experience a bit less smooth. Not bad, but not perfect either.

Now I have a terrible quality piece of clothing (and I do mean the worst quality I’ve seen) that is nothing like the picture or how it’s advertised - and in order to return it I have to send it back to china… err why?? Lockwood “London” is an absolute scam. Don’t make the same mistake - avoid this company!!

I bought a jumpsuit. Lovely picture on the website of a flat one-piece. What arrived was full of seams across the chest and middle nothing like the picture or video. The strap buttons were tiny plastic white buttons, unlike the big brass ones on the advert. The straps were mentioned in the wording as adjustable, but this is not found in what was received. I tried to get a refund for the return of the goods as this item was falsely advertised and after two emails of offering better buying discounts and a 20% refund. There returns is to China.... Why do I need to return to China for a garment that has very little likeness except for the pattern to the advert?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - DESERVES 0 STARS
They advertise as though they are a family run business with a name that indicates a UK base with reviews that stated quality. The garment is the cheapest thing I have ever seen and at least 3 sizes wrong.
On doing this I have had to respond to 6 emails where they refused to give me the returns address and offer me either a partial 30% return or a 60% discount on a future item. They state that they have to receive the item within 30 days for a full refund but in the return emails go on to say that the item often takes 3+ weeks to get to them.
The returns adress name is Liu Changxing and is repeatedly listed online as being fraudulent returns, based in China - you pay the postage, they hold it beyond 30 days then don’t pay out or declare the item is faulty.
I am absolutely disgusted by this company, they need to be shut down. I paid just under £40 for an item that - I'm not joking - isn't worth £4.

Cheap buttons with stitching coming loose on every single one! Completely false advertising and returns process is proving to be incredibly difficult. They’ve offered me 10% refund, then 35% when I refused and a discount - as IF I would buy anything else from these scammers! Lockwood London (definitely more Lockwood China) and what a bloody scam it is, the worst, not even salvageable item. It's false advertising and a total scam! Shame on you.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I am gutted that I ordered from this company. It took over 20 days for delivery and the item, a denim jumpsuit, that looked gorgeous on the website to arrive. I have never seen anything so cheap and nasty and unlike the item advertised. I have been offered a 30% refund to keep the item, a 50% discount code to use on my next order (never gonna happen!) or a refund in 2-3 weeks after I pay to return to the international warehouse in China.

Absolutely shocking quality! Ordered a pair of the comfortable printed overall/jumpsuit, they arrived today and they were shocking. The body is far too small even for my partners 5ft 4inch frame, they pull so tight around the nether regions, with no option to lengthen the straps. The material is awful as well. In the pictures it looks like a nice linen, but in reality they’re horrid polyester blend that feels stiff and nasty. There’s not even a care label inside, Comfortable my ass! The website claims it’s a mother and daughter company curating high quality clothing in London, this is not the case at all. I fear it may all be AI as the clothes are awful and not what is advertised and shipped from China, probably made for about 20p each but sold for £40, Stay away from this company, it’s a scam.

This brand has sent me an item that bares no resemblance to what I purchased. I have bought a jumpsuit that from the image has a washed white demin effect and soft material. The item I have been sent is a totally different colour, bright cream. Terrible quality of material and not at all what is presented on their website. I await the returns process, but am aware I need to pay for the return. A complete scam to pay for something entirely different to what you ordered, AND pay for the return!

It is a shame there is not an option of zero star.
Absolute scam. Poor quality clothes that look nothing like the advertisement. Website showing mother and daughter - dont be taken in.
Offered me a voucher and partial refund but I’d never buy from them again so no point accepting.
I emailed them before I bought and they reassured me that everything would be straight forward if I wanted to return – no it is not.
The address they eventually provide is not recognised by the post office so it is impossible to return anything. They start to offer you 15% refund and you keep the item, then 34% is offered, then 50%. I am arguing at the moment for 100% refund as the only thing these dungarees would be good for would be a scarecrow!
