I started working with Debbie about 4 years ago. Affordable prices, timely delivery. Any problem or need for correction was resolved at no additional cost. As for customer service, I have nothing to complain about. Always kind and professional. I admit that she has saved my time countless times in the most efficient way possible, time that I do not have. I have always relied on her services and the team she collaborates with, also recommending them to other people on my own initiative without any interest or benefit. My personal experience is 5 stars with Debbie and her team.

They are always available to resolve my queries even one month after delivery of my project. Best part if they also provide plagiarism report and grading report with completed work.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Locus Assignments

I am deeply disappointed with Locus Assignments. I paid them to complete my BDP project, and they completely failed me twice.

First, they used primary data without my consent, which was never approved by my university – and I failed the project. I gave them clear teacher feedback to fix the work and paid again for it to be redone. They submitted the new version, and I failed again.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for nearly two months. Every time I contact them, they tell me my issue will be resolved in "48 hours," but nothing ever happens. It’s just excuse after excuse. They’ve ignored my messages, and I feel completely scammed.

If I don’t receive a full refund within the next 7 days, I will take further action by:

1. Filing a formal complaint through my bank and requesting a chargeback for services not delivered.

2. Reporting the company to relevant consumer protection authorities.

3. Sharing my experience on social media, review platforms, and student forums to warn others.

This has caused me stress, financial loss, and academic damage. I do not recommend using Locus Assignments to anyone.

I paid £300 for a dissertation on 7 March, and I cancelled the order the very next day. You confirmed that I would receive a full refund within 14 days. It has now been over 30 days, and I have still received nothing.

I have spoken with my bank and legal advisors. Let me make this very clear:

– You are now in clear violation of UK Consumer Protection Law.
– The legal deadline for refunds is 14 days from cancellation.

2. I will report your company to UK Trading Standards.
3. I will post public reviews everywhere explaining how your company scams customers.
4. I will contact my university to report this transaction and expose your business.

They did all the assignment wrong, they kept asking me documents that i sent from the beginning and they did not look at the assignment brief. They delivered the assignment days after the deadline. They provide an horrible service DO NOT USE THEM EVER DO YOUR OWN WORK all money wasted !!!!!! I will report them for online fraud as well as i need a refund for all this !!!!

Awfull company and terrible customer service has become !!! I used to work with them for 3 years now and every year they become worst and worst to the point that the assesment barely get the lowest points while the prices got up and know they dont even deliver the assesments on time and dont get a refund either, my only way of getting the money back was to the bank form wich i strongly advice you to do it others way they just gonna go on robing ppl , better yet Stay Away and save your time, money and health !
