À propos de Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd
Écrit par l'entreprise
Since 2017 we have been transforming our customers' homes with loft flooring for storage, loft ladders, hatches and lighting throughout the whole of Scotland - from Dumfries to Dornoch and from Campbeltown to Eyemouth and everywhere in between.
LoftZone AccreditedWhat’s more, we are Scotland’s only Authorised Installer of LoftZone - the only loft flooring product to have achieved independent BBA certification for its suitability in new build homes. Learn about LoftZone.
Insulation, protectedWhether you have a new build home with lots of loft insulation or an older home with little or none, we have a suitable loft flooring solution for you. Our flooring is chosen to avoid squashing your insulation and allow airflow across it, for good ventilation. We can even top it up if you don’t have enough.
NHBC warranty-compliantNew home buyers are often warned about using their loft, and rightfully so. It’s important to choose the right product which you can prove complies with your new-home warranty. Not only does LoftZone give you peace of mind that issues are far less likely to arise but the BBA certificate it holds protects you from builders deciding to blame any loft-related issues on inferior, non-compliant loft flooring. See the BBA Certificate.
Period properties welcomeWe don’t just do new builds. In older properties we can top up your loft installation before installing a raised flooring system to a suitable height for added warmth and convenient storage.
Our surveysSurveys can be requested on our website or by calling us. They are always free and can be done during the daytime or in the evenings. We even have remote Zoom surveys as an option available in certain circumstances.
Our promiseBy the way - we don’t recruit salespeople for surveys. Our surveyors typically come from a joinery background. So there are no pushy sales techniques, no commission and no pressure - just informal chatting through options and our best advice. You don’t sign on the line at survey time - you’ll receive a quote after our surveyor leaves valid for 3 weeks for you to consider at your leisure.
Why choose us?Please take time to read over our many reviews and you will get a feel for the kind of company we are, and how we look after our customers. Our installers are considerate and clean and will demonstrate any ladders you have fitted to make sure you're confident and happy using them.

The men were tidy, respectful and efficient. The job was completed in the time they said it woud be and they left no mess. There was a small snagging job that required attention. The company sent the men back swiftly and the problem was sorted. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service
Excellent service, fantastic communication, Gael in the office in particular was great at letting us know what was happening and dealing with any enquiry or issues.
We are so happy with our loft, the quality of the installation is amazing. The whole team thoughtful about how they worked in our home and a pleasure to work with
During the install we came across a potential damp issue which meant we had to pause the install to get other contractors in and then loftboarding Scotland back but they were so helpful during this time to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend
