I have been a customer of Logical Computers in Stratford upon Avon for many years and I have always found them excellent. I have followed their advice when buying computers and printers from them and have never been disappointed. As one of their older customers, I particularly appreciate the care they take when I have a problem. Recently my printer was playing up and they gave me as much time as was needed over the phone to help me to sort it out. Everyone in the shop is friendly, knowledgable and business like and goes out of their way to help. Above all, they listen in order to understand the customer’s needs or problems. A first rate independent shop and well worth paying a little more for a new computer in order to get a superb after sales service.

We use them whenever we have a problem with our computer or printer and they have never failed to solve it in a prompt and efficient manner. Advice and minor issues attract no charge and their overall fees are very reasonable.

The staff at Logical really know their stuff. They give unbiased advice. They do what they say they will do within the given timeframe. If after delivery of your laptop or whatever, you have some queries, you can just pick up the phone, always speak to the same two or three people, and they sort out your problem there and then. Can't speak too highly of them.
