Overall very satisfied with their 3PL…

Overall very satisfied with their 3PL services. Shipments go out on time, inventory is handled professionally, and communication is smooth. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only offer services 6 days a week. Sometimes I need help on sundays and they are only available if I call them. No reply on texts or emails on sundays.

We started our business in the USA and…

We started our business in the USA and decided to work with LogiPrep as our prep partner. They were heavily advertising on Facebook, and we received a recommendation from someone as well. However, our experience with them has been incredibly disappointing.

LogiPrep took more than three weeks to process the delivery, with extremely slow and poor customer service. They do not answer calls, and many of their staff seem to be based in Pakistan, with little or no proficiency in English.

Their portal is overly complicated. We uploaded our products, but they also uploaded them without our permission, and charged us a total of $1.30 per unit, despite advertising a fee of only $0.20 per FNSKU—this was misleading. After 10 days, they demanded an additional $60 to continue processing the shipment. Since they had our stock, we had no choice but to pay.

They also charged us for boxes but sent oversized boxes to Amazon, meaning we paid for them without any correction. After constant follow-ups and weak excuses, they finally prepared the shipment. However, they required us to clear the remaining balance in advance before shipping. Eventually, they shipped the items, but when Amazon received them, it turned out they had applied the wrong FNSKU on almost all of our products. We sent 24 units, but Amazon registered 48, and for some SKUs, Amazon received none, all due to the incorrect FNSKUs.

When we reached out to LogiPrep to express our frustration, they didn’t apologize but responded with a smiley face emoji, even after we sent a legal letter drafted by a North Carolina court. We are still waiting for their reply, but we are now certain that we will be filing a small claims court case against this company.

I strongly urge everyone not to use their services and not to fall for their misleading advertising. We are taking this matter further and have decided to hire an attorney.

Thank you for your response. I would like to confirm that we received three oversized boxes at Amazon, and we have supporting evidence in the form of pictures and emails from Amazon itself.

Regarding labeling, while we provided the labels, the responsibility of scanning and affixing the labels on the products falls on your team. Unfortunately, our access to the portal has been revoked, and we have been muted in the WhatsApp group. We have taken screenshots of the portal, invoices, fees, and all related communication.

If you review the demand letter, you will find the WhatsApp chat attached, highlighting the issues. Defending yourself by overlooking your team’s mistakes only suggests a lack of responsibility in handling our services properly. It is disappointing to see continued support for such negligence.

Additionally, it appears that the labels you mentioned, were uploaded by your team on our portal, not by us, so we cannot accept responsibility for any labeling issues.

Please note that you are still part of our communication group, and we have always responded promptly within our working hours of 0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday.

Any message or query sent during these hours is resolved during those working hours.
