Poor quality proofs with no resemblance to my pet. Company refused a full refund insisting they deduct £10 for the artwork which a child could have done. I would avoid these frauds at all costs.

The product was okay
The product was okay. Definitely a cheaper material to other small businesses i have purchased from. But a beautiful design. The kicker for me was the packaging. I have received a few parcels over the past few weeks. The cutest most amazing packaging. And i opened this parcel to just the item and the printed order form. It sounds silly! But part of the reason i love ordering from companies that are smaller is the attention to detail they have. This was missed here.
