Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Wonderful Vegan Victora sponge cake!!
Ordered this for a sibling's birthday to pick up local. There were little tk no cupcakes left by the time I got there, so could not buy any on top. Sometimes people just want a nice variety to cater for everyone.
However, it was easy to collect the pre-ordered cake. Would buy from here again. Thank you.

Great cakes but melted as they couldn’t fit them in the fridge.
To clarify, Lola’s left them outside the fridge, so when we collected it it was melted. Hence would “they”.

I am very sorry your cakes melted, unfortunately this can occur when the cakes are left out the fridge for long periods of time especially in the warmer weather. We do recommend storing your items in the fridge and taking them out around 2-3 hours before serving.

Mermaid cake!

We do advise to leave the cakes at room temperature for 3 hours before serving to ensure they are able to warm up to room temperature.
