Lola's - Greenwich Market Avis 

Thee Toy Story cake I bought for my son’s 6th birthday was amazing and looking incredible.

One thing I would say is that it would be great if the strawberry seeds could have been removed from the jam.

They have the best cakes , also the lovely man who works in Greenwich brunch he was so lovely he kept the cake for me , he was so friendly and polite

the sales assistant at Greenwich Market shop was very polite enthusiastic on the phone - he knew his cake sand really tried to sell them - in person the same - keen promising young man - sorry I forgot his name - he sold me he strawberry sakura cake - highly recommend him

I have always given lolas cakes a 5 star review but in my most reventar visit in found the cakes quality and taste somehow changed. The sponge was not as moist and spongie but more on the drier side and the icing was way to sweet.

Super friendly staff very helpful in explaining the points system I would have wished that the earliest collection was 9 am rather than 10 but that was due to the occasion. Otherwise everything was perfect along with great efficiency

Your website is easy to use even for a novice like me. I love your cake selections. My daughters love their surprise cakes on their birthdays because not only are they beautiful but taste delicious.

I was quite disappointed that day because the cake wasn’t delivered as expected. It was delivered to another store instead. We had planned everything for my son’s birthday party, so it created a lot of confusion.
However, the staff member at the Greenwich Centre shop(10th May morning) handled the situation very well. We received a refund and an additional cake as well. Finally, we were able to collect the cake from the North Greenwich store. Otherwise, my son would have been really upset, as he was desperately looking forward to the football-themed cake.
In the end, everyone enjoyed the cake at the party. It was delicious.

I order a Victoria sponge cake, so simple. Came with red fruits on top . I need to take everything from the top . I told the woman in the shop and she only could smile. She didn't knew why came with that decorations.

Ordered last minute so was pleased with next day collection, and collection was easy with friendly staff. I've ordered several times over the years from Lola's and it is always the banoffee birthday cake which has always been a big hit with us all. However they have now changed the recipe and it's just nowhere near as good as it used to be, and others agreed. Whilst it wasn't terrible, I was really disappointed with the new recipe and won't be ordering it again.

The cake was very small and very dry, and the oreo biscuit was very tiney😌

The cupcakes are very sweet and delicious, I love it. When the cupcakes are chilled in the fridge, the texture of the icing is thick like a fudge whereas if in room temperature, the icing is creamy and fluffy and I do like the icing picture of the International Women's Day
