Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Gorgeous and delicious cake.
The cake was ultra fresh, beautifully decorated and delicious. We went for the double chocolate filling. At some point I thought my four year old would cry of happiness when she first saw it.

The cake was good, service no.
The cake was good, my girlfriend liked it, it was for her birthday. Main issue is with the service. I clicked to take it from the store, I didn't want a delivery and I had to pay a fee for that. Pay a fee to take it from the store why? Also, it took them more than ten minutes to find the cake and they just gave it to me without even sayin ' Enjoy ' or something. I didn't buy apples, I bought a birthday cake and paid extra for someone to give it to me without even saying 'Thank you'? The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the cake was good. Not great as in the past, but good.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
We do charge a £2.50 collection fee for delivery to store on all of the orders below £30.00 as this accounts for transport fees.
We appreciate very much the effort our customers go to, in order to collect the cakes from our stores, and we are very sorry for having to add this on, but with all the rising prices, we wanted to avoid pushing the price of our cupcakes/cakes any further, and for this reason decided to apply the small fee.
Please be assured your comments have been noted and I will pass your feedback onto the relevant departments for a further review and consideration.

Dubai Chocolate cake is amazing
Cake tasted amazing, not too sweet, not dense and was very well packaged. The packaging also had the guidance for storing the cake which was very clear. The staff at the bakery when I was collecting the cake were also very prompt and nice!
