Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

They never disappoint on quality, taste and timing. Very pleasant costumer service too and that why my wife and I are repeat costumers!

Delicious gluten free cakes
Really easy to order online and to collect at local store.
The cakes were amazing. I got them for a celebration cake for my mums 80th as x2 people attending the party were a celiac and needed gluten free cake. They tasted delicious and were enjoyed by all.

Poor service just gave me the birthday cake no bag just handed over box to walk around centre with, rude I had to ask for bag and told well that will be 25p I had just spent £50 on a cake !

I can see that your order was for a medium size cake. Our boxes for the small and medium size cakes now come with integrated handles so that they can be carried with ease without a bag, this is one of the initiatives we have taken on the journey towards becoming more sustainable and to reduce waste.

Halloween cake
Ordered their Halloween cake, the cake itself was delicious and looked fantastic. The website is a bit clunky when ordering for collection from the store but everything else including the staff at the store were brilliant.

Too sugary and sweet
Too sugary. I enjoy fair amount of sugar but the cake we got had way too much sugar and high level of sweetness.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I am very sorry that you have been disappointed with your order of the cookies and cream cake on this occasion.
This cake is prepared with buttercream icing which is the sweetest type of icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.
I can suggest our cakes prepared with cream cheese/mascarpone icing or ganache that are less sweet in taste due to the nature of these icings.

Beautiful cake.
Ordering very easy. Confirmation immediately received. Message came through when cake was ready for collection. Collection was easy. Cake looked beautiful, but even better - it tasted delicious. We had the berry cake. Would highly recommend cake and Lola’s.
