Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

The cake was lovely and very special to me as it was for my one-year-old’s birthday. I was really happy and excited to collect it, but I felt a bit disappointed by the service. The lady who served me didn’t smile or greet me, and the interaction felt unfriendly. As someone who works in customer service, I couldn’t help but feel slightly judged, which took away from what should have been a joyful moment.

Got the white ribbon cake for my granddaughter’s baptism. We decorated it ourselves and it looked and tasted really good.

I got the Carmel biscuit cake. The cake was absolutely delicious. Very moist. I just expected it to be bigger since it said serves 8. Maybe my family are just big backs. Hardly fed 2 adults and child.

Nowadays I dont get confirmation email when it's ready for collection. However cakes or cupcakes are amazing as usual.

It is great to hear that your order was amazing as usual, and we are sorry for any confusions caused as a result of not receiving the email/text stating your order is ready for collection.
The collection email/text is no longer automatic and so you would only receive this, if the store has marked this as received on their end. I will pass this feedback onto the store directly to be reviewed with the team to ensure this process is followed through so we can provide better communication as to when your order is ready to be collected.
Please be assured that you can still collect your order within the times stated on your order confirmation email, in the instance that the 'ready to collect' email/text has not been received.
