Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. I had a small issue with my purchase confirmation which was solved very promptly. In addition, I was notified on every step of the delivery process which, since I am several thousand miles away, was much appreciated.

Decent experience with good cupcakes
The woman with the headscarf greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home, eagerly helping me choose and recommending cupcakes. However, my experience with the manager was quite different. I ordered about two and a half dozen cupcakes, but she refused to give me an extra bag after I paid for the first two, insisting I pay again with another credit card because I didn't have cash. Her attitude made me question whether she was the right person to run the store.

Excellent Cake and Service
I was extremely happy with my birthday cake! It was delicious, and the design and personalization were exactly as shown in the pictures. The attention to detail was excellent. The delivery was on time, and all the arrangements were handled perfectly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely order again!

Delicious!!!
I ordered a large vanilla birthday cake for our CEO and he (and us) couldn't have been happier. The sponge and icing were absolutely delicious!! We had so many comments on just how tasty the cake was and the CEO who has discerning tastes, said it was the best cake he had, had. Will be ordering again. Thank you!
