Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Lola’s cupcakes made my birthday this year extra special, as I was lucky enough to get a free birthday cake as I’m a member of the love club. The cake was very delicious…as I expected from Lola’s & I really enjoyed this sweet treat on my special day! The service that I received at the London Bridge store was lovely..! The staff member was polite & helpful! She also wished me a happy birthday which was very sweet! I’ll definitely continue to be a customer of Lola’s cupcakes! Thank you for making my day special.

Rude staff.
I was being served by a lovely gentleman until the lady (also working at Lola) rudely interrupted and said I am not eligible for my birthday cake. The gentleman pointed out on the system that she is eligible it says so here. She continued to disagree and got angry and started to serve the lady behind me. The cake I had pointed out, she ended up giving to the person behind me. I do not eat Oreo’s and I did not request for the cake given. The lady behind me was given a choice before the gentleman got a chance to serve me my choice by the lady working. This left me so disheartened and upset.

Christmas cake
Brought the Christmas cake from Lola’s for the Christmas dinner with the girls. Everyone loved it! Hopefully they will have vegan option next year 🤷🏻♀️

Quality as always

I chose Lola’s cupcakes purely from the products available, reviews, and ease of website as I am from Australia and order them to be delivered to my son who’s on a working holiday in London.
