The cupcakes I ordered were picked up by someone else, and I had to get new ones which were not the ones I wanted. Two stars for giving me a replacement and a refund.

The best vegan cake I have had! The prices are affordable almost cheaper than other alternatives and they do delivery which is a huge plus.

Bought a Vegan Victoria sponge cake, excellent service, but cake was a little dryer than I hoped but presentation and customer service was great.

I order the vegan chocolate cake regularly for family birthdays and it never disappoints.

Basically, these are too delicious - if you try and eat just one of the tiny ones, you are doomed to work your way through several others. As we usually bring these as a dinner party gift, falling into temptation is just too easy. Sigh.

We have tried lolas cupcakes/cakes numerous times for special occasions and otherwise. Since we have Loved them in the past we decided to order a cake for my daughters 4th birthday with them. The cake arrived and was beautiful looking but that’s where it stopped. The frosting was sickly sweet.the cake to filling ratio was off and the cake itself was crumbly and dry. None of the guests ate much including kids. It has put us in a very embarrassing situation with all our guests and ruined our daughters birthday.

Absolutely amazing ! I ordered one of the Fantasy cakes , it was just how it looked in the photo on the website , it was delicious too!.. great service, delivered on time, you can follow your driver when he’s local & good communication through out, fantastic tracking and also very useful was the temperature gauge on the box .. my daughter and family were blown away by this cake . I wish I could post my own photo here ❤️ Not actually sure which branch of Lola’s cupcakes this was as was an online order. I must also point out what great prices too, very affordable. Thank you for making a birthday even more special !

I am so impressed with the brilliant service I received from the Marylebone branch. I wanted to get my mum some cupcakes for her birthday but they were sold out when I visited. Angie arranged for a box to be set aside first thing the next day for me to collect and even contacted me to see what exact flavours I wanted. Mum was so happy with her cakes and everyone agreed they were very yummy. Thank you for all your help, Angie!

Delivered on time. Looked amazing. Taste delicious and fresh. Especially good for a gluten free cake which can usually be quite dry. We will definitely be ordering from Lola’s cupcakes again.

I cannot express how incredibly amazed I am with the service I’ve recieved there . After a long day at work, I am always recieved with the biggest smile and friendly manner. Additionally the cupcakes are always delicious and scrumpticious . My favourite Lola branch . The server knows who she is . She recommeded the most delicious cupcakes today! Thank you very much 😉
