Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

We're very sorry to hear that your Cookies and Cream cake did not taste as fresh as usual.
Please do be assured that we do always bake our cakes fresh using high-quality ingredients.
We do advise, as you may have seen in your confirmation email, that customers ensure they keep our cakes in the fridge as much as possible on hotter days like we've had recently, but these cakes will still typically need at least 2-3 hours out of the fridge before serving to ensure this comes up to temperature for best quality.
I will be sure to log this feedback directly with the relevant teams to review further and monitor further if any other cakes from the batch this was baked in receive any similar complaints to assist us in best ensuring any quality issues in our bakery are addressed.

I ordered the raspberry and lemon cake and it was delicious unlike the normal artificial tasting cakes that dominate the market.
This is yhe first time in a long time that I've tasted a cake like this one.
