Extremely disappointed with my experience with this store.

I placed and fully paid for order on March 5, yet days later the order was still marked as “Unshipped.” After contacting support, I was told on March 12 that the issue had been resolved and that my order would ship the next day (March 13).

However, March 14 arrived and the order was still not shipped, with the status unchanged. This means the information provided by their support team was simply not true.

As a customer, this feels extremely misleading and dishonest. I made a large purchase, yet the store keeps delaying shipment and providing promises that are not fulfilled. Instead of resolving the issue, I am receiving vague explanations and inaccurate information.

This kind of service leaves a very negative impression of the store. Customers should not have to chase support just to find out why a paid order has not even been processed.

At this point I am seriously considering opening a transaction dispute with my bank, because paying for a product that is not shipped and receiving misleading responses from support is unacceptable.

I strongly advise other customers to be very careful when ordering from this store.

Tried to leave review on their site for their "Karat Earth 12oz Compostable Bagasse Rice Bowls - 1,000 pcs"...wouldn't go thru (isn't that always the case when the review is neg. they just block it from being submitted!) so leaving it here instead:
calif. (of course) bans styrofoam bowls that many people had to use in order to feed outside animals ABANDONED BY DEADBEATS and Calif. Shelters do NOTHING to help. So spent DAYS looking for substitute disposable bowls that don't leak, and this one best I could find. Well first this bowl is rounded at the bottom (couldn't see this on pics) so won't sit flat in porcelain bowls (needed to weight down disposable bowls so won't blow away), AND these stupid things won't allow ANY scotch tape to stick to them so I could 'tape' them down instead. Then the bowls have no 'width' like the styrofoam ones that allow a cat to eat from them without their whiskers being pushed in...this now STOPS them from eating....so ALL THE $$$ I have to find to keep these cats alive in food etc. is going in the trash because they are now AVOIDING these bowls all together (and the only thing I'm feeding now is flies!). And now I've also lost the high cost paying for these bowls (on my fixed senior income) because I have to start my search all over again, and shell out MORE money for whatever I can find to now replace THIS LOSS for USELESS BOWLS. (all you had to do is Design them the same shape as the styrofoam ones, or AT LEAST have a FLAT BOTTOM that could be TAPED DOWN (then I could have 'cut the sides down, and the cats still could have eaten from them). DOESN"T ANYTHING IN THIS HELL OF A WORLD "THEY" ARE DESIGNING WORK ANYMORE?=RICHER GET RICHER, and the rest of us are STARVING...now including all the 'dumped' animals!
